"Make a Move" by Icon for Hire, the theme song for After Effect hits as the cameras light up and show Winston Wolfe, host, sitting at the desk and next to him is 450WRESTLING owner, Mr. Hendrickson.

Winston Wolfe: Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen to the 450WRESTLING debut of the After Effect with me Winston Wolfe here on the TWN! I am sitting next to an Innovator and Indy Revolutionist Mr. Hendrickson. Tonight we are here to learn even more about 450WRESTLING and what it took to come from where we were to where we are.

Winston turns toward Mr. Hendrickson with a smile on his face.

Winston Wolfe: Mr. Hendrickson welcome to the After Effect, your creation, and thank-you for hiring me on to do this great show!

Mr. Hendrickson: No problem Winston. I am glad to be here and I am glad to have the After Effect live on the TWN! Also you can call me, Lance.

Winston Wolfe: Okay, Mr. Hendrickson, many of those out there know who you are and the companies you help hold up and innovate such as the SXWA, GPW, TW and most recently the UCW. But we want to know how you can keep so innovative and ahead of the curve. You must have ideas flowing every second on how to learn, adapt and out do everyone else.

Mr. Hendrickson: Well to be honest Winston over the years I have had many failures and many successes. I learn more from my mistakes than I do my successes. Most people do to be honest. In SXWA we parted ways with the CWA And made it known we were better within the first month and then we took them out taking their talent. We lasted for a solid year before we were bought out. In GPW I came in and took over and created a company larger than the one we were the adopted child to. We had their champions wanting to work in our company with our talent. In all honesty GPW was a training ground turned flagship in my eyes. In TW we were innovators and we made our company one of great promise but in the end it faile and I regret that every day. Now in the UCW I came in iron fisted and stole the company from Rage Sadler and Lee Williams. I bought them out and then took the remaining shares and destroyed the others. I made that company as great as it was at it's original peak.

Winston Wolfe: In the UCW, at least toward the end, you had more critics than those who loved you. how did you deal with that?

Mr. Hendrickson: The critics made my drive even more intense. I wasn't there to make friends. I was there to rule with an iron fist and make my talent know that. They worked harder for that reason. But as I look back I went too far trying to take certain talent out with an army that I constructed. Evil breads doubt and with doubt comes a hostile takeover and that's what happened.

Winston Wolfe: Hostile take over? You mean Rage Sadler and Lee Williams coming in with Packer to take the UCW over once more?

Mr. Hendrickson: Exactly. They built up enough funding to come in and take the company away from me and destroy it back to the dark days before I took control. But I was smart and I took my shares and left. I took my talent with me and created 450WRESTLING where I can continue on with my mission on making WRESTLING to focal point and not ENTERTAINMENT. I say that as a contradiction because towards the end in the UCW we were entertainment more than Wrestling. Thus the main reason why I have taken a back seat and allowed others like our General Mangers the Sinclairs take over day to day operations. Gotta let my talent in the 450WRESTLING show the world how superior we are.

Winston Wolfe: You have continued to innovate independent wrestling, like I said before, but I want to know where do we go from here? The first show on TWN came with lackluster reviews and a somewhat disappointing rating for views.

Mr. Hendrickson: With every new company you have to feel the ground beneath you before you can run and soar. The TWN is still a lesser known cable station but we are expanding to Facebook, YouTube.com, Google.com and other sources to increase our standings.

Winston Wolfe: Those are very good platforms to get the company out there, but with every step in the right direction do you feel you might have someone still trying to pull you back into where you once were? Such as Rage Sadler and the UCW?

Mr. Hendrickson: I could care less about Rage Sadler or the UCW. The years I spent there were filled with ups and downs and now I have moved on. He is ruining the company and taking it backwards and not forwards. I am not about to look back and dwell on that shit. I am looking forward to building 450WRESTLING into one of the best companies in Independent Wrestling!

Winston Wolfe: I apologize for that Mr. Hendrickson. I know that sometimes when you leave a company they bag on you to bring you down to their level. I know that some of the superstars you brought to 450WRESTLING had their dreams and careers shit upon by Rage Sadler and Lee Williams. The transition for them was much harder than it needed to be. Many of the talent that left during your days as, I hate to say it, an asshole and somewhat of a communist are coming around to the new you. How do you feel about your haters becoming your supporters now that you left UCW behind?

Mr. Hendrickson: When I left UCW I tried to make peace with my critics and those superstars I wronged like Frostbite, Dave Brickheart, Eric Herrera, Scott Stonewall, Michael Mayhem and all of them. I told them that it got out of hand and that I needed to break free of the UCW to realize this. Some took my apology to heart and others told me where to stick it and I never heard from them again. It's the matter of cleansing the skeletons from my closet, moving on and adapting to a new situation. I love where I am now. I am home more and I have a company which is increasing its footing in the Wrestling World.

Winston Wolfe: With that being said with the upcoming show containing what many see as a feud ending match between Justin Justice and Cash Allan which started in UCW are you bringing more and more of the history you created there here to 450WRESTLING?

Mr. Hendrickson: Yes. We are recognizing records, inductions into their Hall of Fame, unfinished storylines and whatever was created by me in that time. We are also doing that for the SXWA, RWF, GPW and TW which were all companies under my name. So if someone from those companies comes in and wants to bring their history and tout it then it will be allowed. That right there, Winston, is Innovation.

Winston Wolfe: Yes it is. Not many companies allow that type of integration into their product. Well you know what Mr. Hendrickson I think we are at the end of our time here tonight. I would like you to have the last few words before we sign off. So if you don't mind, speak your mind.

Mr. Hendrickson: Thank you Winston. Ladies and Gentlemen you've heard me say Innovation, Revolutionizing, Adapting and Rising Above other companies and our own. You've seen what our product is capable of and where we are headed. We here in 450WRESTLING are not about the Soap-Opera bull shit the UCW had become. We are about the Wrestling. About the struggles it takes to rise through the ranks of a company to become the headliner. We are a company chalk full of talented superstars, WRESTLERS. We are a company on the verge of breaking the glass ceiling and it's not because of me. Not because of the TWN or anyone besides our talented roster. What sets us a part from others is what makes us better. We are going to Revolutionize the Independent Wrestling scene. We are going to be Innovators, We are going to Eclipse what has been done and make others adapt to where we are going. We have no time to take second fiddle here, we are on the cutting edge or Independent Wrestling and if you can't handle our rise step out of the way and watch how it's done. I want to thank you Winston for having me here tonight.

Winston Wolfe: I want to thank you for being my first guest. Ladies and Gentlemen that was the impressive Mr. Hendrickson. The creator of 450WRESTLING and the reason why Independent WRESTLING is evolving. Next week on After Effect we will have another special guest. You'll have to tune in then to find out who. So until next time Yabooosh!

Winston turns toward Mr. Hendrickson and they begin to talk as the scene comes to an end.
