STAY HYPED!!!
About 6-7 months ago this was all the craze. It seemed like everybody everywhere were talking about how superior Gmail was to all the other e-mail services. Since Gmail is invite only then those that had accounts would often boast around those that didn't, which was down right annoying. And somehow, just like that, all the fuss over Gmail disappeared. Wonder why that is? :ponder:

I have a gmail account, and I honestly don't see what the fuss is about. It's basically the same as any other type of email service. Actually, I've 100 Gmail invites that I can give away. Anybody want on? Just leave me your current email address.

How many invites do you have? I have no idea how I managed to accumulate 100 invites, unless that's just the standard number they hand out. :-/

I was never interested in G-Mail, even though I had many chances to, until I was giving up on Hotmail a few months back. Then when that happened, I was interested in G-Mail but I couldn't get an invite. Now that I have no interest in G-Mail again (using Yahoo! currently), I have a chance to get a G-Mail account? :-/

How do you know if you have invitations?

I have Gmail... nothing special, not that I've seen anyway.

It's fast, it's no nonsense, it has no intrusive advertisements of overdone graphics, it's simply very reliable and simple.

I love it.

How do you know if you have invitations?

Look towards the left hand side of your screen towards where you see:

Compose Mail
Inbox
Starred
Chats
Sent Mail
Drafts
All Mail
Spam
Trash
Contacts

At the bottom of that, you'll see a place to put a friend's current e-mail addy. You'll also see how many invites you have to hand out. I just gave one away so I'm still stuck with 99. :td:

I've handed out heaps of invites, yet I'm quite sure I've never risen above, or went down below 50 invites. Strange.

I love my gmail account. When I got it, back in 2003, I felt pretty rad. Still have the same one after all these years.
