The Man. Any Questions?
|
Hell, no. Just aircraft development. The local yokels just had overactive imaginations in the '50's when it came to science fiction. |

Everyone is well aware of the science fiction nature of Area 51 and the fact that it's simply a symbol, perhaps a figurehead of general human intrigue into the matters of unexplained phenomena. I also doubt it's anything more than a representation of general human intrigue, but to be fair none of us truly knows anything about it, certainly not enough to declare a fact one way or the other. |

They transfer personnel in and out of there every single day, including some civilian workers. It's not any kind of "secret alien autopsy site", that's for damn sure. Some people just want to believe that aliens are among us. Wishful thinking, I say. I have, however, developed an "Alien Descent" hypothesis.... |

I certainly agree, but once more, you're in no position to start declaring your theories on this matter (Area 51) as fact. What does this transport prove? Where is your evidence? Nothing. Nowhere. |

The Man. Any Questions?

It is fact, like it or not. It isn't MY fact; it's been fact for a long, long time. You can look (or maybe you can't; I've never tried by civilian means) at the listings of all U.S. military holdings. It will list you the name (always in acronym form), branch, location, descriptions, and functions of any place you please. |

Oh please. Not even the wildest conservative Bush loving lunatic would try to convince anyone that the US government, specifically the military is a completely transparent organisation. It's not. |

The Man. Any Questions?
|
Hmm, let's see. Which one of us has been in the military? That would be me. Which one of us has actually been on an Air Force base? That would be me. Which one of us has made it his business to know a bit about aerospace facilities (I am an aerospace major; a coincidence, you think?)? That would also be me. There is no mystery. It's manned by a detachment of the AFTFC, under the auspices of Edwards AFB. No Lou Gossett Jr. from Enemy Mine. No Starship Enterprise. Just a test facility, the likes of which are found ALL OVER the United States. Oh, wait. You tend to paint out any part of the U.S. military to be very different from what it actually is. So, I shouldn't be surprised that you buy into the hype about this one installation. |

I've been on many bases, since my dad was in the military so I bounced around and lived in different parts of the US while I was growing up. It sucked, but it sucked even more when I had to do during my high school years. 6 months down here, 6 months in Ohio. This went on till my senior year, try living like that, I went on that damn greyhound so much, I knew the stops. |

That's a shitty situation. I moved a lot, but it was all during earlier years; I went to one high school throughout. When they start jumping you around there, you end up with all kinds of fuckups (like different requirements for graduation from school to school). Greyhound? I feel sorry for you.....I hate buses. |

Yeah I hated it ALOT. But I met some great people along the way, I still talk to some from Ohio but I guess over the years as you get older, you just lose touch with everyone you once knew. Well depending also on the situation. But now I'm in MD and in need of wanting to get outta this place before it gets worst than it has. People moving in from different places are turning this place into shit and it's sad. |

My boy wants me to move to Cali and some people are thinking the same thing in the course of the year, the only thing that's really stopping me from going is bills. That and I need a new car, but who does'nt lol? Plus I'm on disability and need to see a vocational person and keep looking for jobs just to keep my funds from them. So I'm out almost everyday looking around but the thing is I need work on my car done badly and I'm just not getting enough from them, it's a shitty situation. |

What does that have to do with anything? Read what we're talking about for crying out loud. Who gives a shit if you're doing an aerospace major? I sure as hell don't, and it matters jack squat in this conversation. Are you a high ranking military official? No. Are you aware of secrets of the US government, assuming they exist? No. You're in no situation to even begin to think that you're at a position in the military or whatever to start debunking these myths. Stop kidding yourself.
Oh pffft. When was the last time I came up with some piffle diffle, phoney baloney thought about the US military? Last was probably in Iraq. But the fact is, this all means nothing. Maybe Area 51 isn't a UFO place, but YOU certainly do not know enough about it to say that it's not for sure. The only thing you have are theories, the same as any wild ass piece of shit theory presented by a UFO enthusiast. I'm not commiting myself either way, nor am I a UFO enthusiast. For you see, I have common sense. I'm not in a position to present any side as fact, as none of us here are aware of these supposed facts. I don't know for sure that anything sinister does exist at area 51, and you're not certain that nothing sinister does exist at area 51. What you are doing, is pretending that the information that you've been given (like those staff lists or whatever you're going on about before) IS fact, when it could be anything but. It's just like religion, sure, it may sound like a stupid ass theory, but I'm not in any position to say with fact and evidence that religion, or more specifically, God doesn't exist. You're in the same situation. |

Dont belive the people that say Micheal Moore was making everything up. If he was making it all up then Bush wouldnt have cared. But for him to go out of his way and have it banned in some states shows you something. |

Yeah, Farenhype 9/11. Which didnt prove anything, at all. Micheal Moore came up with so much proof. And he even got his hands on documents. Which he read out loud in a ice cream truck

The Wrestler of the Year thing is still tied, even after I asked a certain former staff member who they would have voted for. Out of desperation, I think we need a poll. |
