Eternal Sunshine was actually better than the Truman Show, my mistake. Would I notice if SWF dissapeared? No, but I wouldn't really reccomend it either. A few enjoy it and it does add a bit of depth and intrigue to the forum, at the very least it provides an incentive for people to join. Taking it away wouldn't really acheive much. |

You ought to, good movie. A bit bizarre, but that should be expected from a Kaufman script. He bought us 'Being John Malkovich', another of my personal top 20. |

Yeah Eternal Sunshine... is an excellent movie. I'm not usually very keen on so-called "indie" movies since they, much like most "indie" music, tend to be overly pretentious and self-serving but this film was beautifully done with a great cast and compelling story. By the way, Neb, would you mind revealing your top 20 to us? Here's mine in no particular order (though I split mine into two top 10s of "silly" movies and "serious" movies...yes, yes I know, one should not let the "seriousness" of a film's plot determine where you rank it personally but let's face it, Dumb & Dumber in all its glory is not in the same league as American Beauty :P)"Silly" Dumb & Dumber Air Force One Crimson Tide Wayne's World The Rock GoldenEye Happy Gilmore Die Hard: With A Vengeance Screwed (Chappelle and Norm MacDonald at their best) Magical Mystery Tour "Serious" American Psycho Batman Begins Godfather Godfather: Pt. II 12 Angry Men American Beauty It's A Wonderful Life A Clockwork Orange Forrest Gump The Green Mile Of course lists like this change every time you remember a movie you haven't seen in a while; still fun to compile though. |

Mine doesn't really change. The last movie to really shake things up was Taxi Driver, and even then it failed to leave an impression. Over the years, the top 10 have shifted around, but it's essentially the same as it's always been. YMDB is going bummishly slow at the moment, so I'll post it later. I don't want to contradict myself by muddling up the movies on the list. Meh, here it is from memory, or how I see it now, only top 5 though... 1. Requiem for a Dream 2. American Beauty 3. A Clockwork Orange 4. Reservoir Dogs 5. The Shawshank Redemption |

You guys want funny, then I suggest you see Borat. Anyone who doesn't find it funny, doesn't have a sense of humor. So SRP, this may not be for you. Cy, Eternal Sunshine is a movie about this brilliant doctor who invents a device that can make someone lose memory of a person or event or any particular thing without losing there entire memory. I myself thought it was pretty boring, maybe thats why I forgot to mention it in my "essay". |

No-one
I just searched for an image of an 'angry teacher' or something like that on google one day and came up with that. The reason why i wanted it was to tell fittes (or someone) to shuttup, in the form of "SILENCE!"Ralphy had saved the image to his computer a while ago and posted it here, and thus it has come back. |

Parodized sounds so much cooler than parodied. If William Shakespeare can invent words that didn't exist, then why can't I? Why? Why? Why? |

The Man. Any Questions?
|
DAMN! I wish I had a camera... We've got a great halo around the moon here tonight. Unlike the typical halo you see that's pretty tight to the moon, this one is HUGE. The diameter of the halo is at least 10 times that of the moon itself (it takes up about a tenth of the visible sky). |

I had to go out to see if there was anything cool to say about my moon, but there isn't. I cannot even see the moon tonight. It has just finished raining and it is still cloudy. I don't even see stars. |

Only time I've ever seen a Halo was at school once, at it was probably about the same amount of sky. We had to stand under a pergola to block out the sun to be able to see the half of a halo, but it was still ultra-impressive. It's a shame you don't have a camera. |

I was in a chat room a few moments ago, chatting things up. I usually store a generic message on my clipboard when I chat, so that I can simply paste it into the chat room from time to time without having to retype the entire thing. I was also posting here while I was chatting. After posting here, I went back to the chat room and attempted to paste my generic message into the chat room. However, I still had the link to the Chris Benoit shirt on my clipboard. I apologized, said I didn't mean to post the link, and went about chatting. But for my one little mistake, I have been completely banned from the entire chat network. Fucking assholes. |

The chatroom Gestapo strikes again. That reminds me: We had a little fiasco with our chatroom while you were away. It seems that it would automatically stick "admin" status on whoever is the first one in the chatroom. Has anyone asked about that lately? |
