Bill Goldberg took part in a media conference call last week. Once again, Goldberg said that he has no plans to join TNA. However, if he does join the company, he wants a one-year, six-figure deal similar to Sting's contract. TNA isn't willing to offer Goldberg that amount of money at the moment. Also, Goldberg said that he isn't impressed with TNA because he thinks its low budget, has lackluster production values, a weak talent roster, and it has a bad timeslot on Spike TV.

At this point, it really seems like Goldberg is just bringing it up himself just to look good. If he despises TNA so much, he should leave it at that and stop bringing it back up every time he has an interview. The same goes for the WWE.

I'd sign Jericho over Goldberg anyday. If TNA's trying to get Jericho, I wouldn't spend money on Goldberg.

The Man. Any Questions?
Didn't this fool just finish bashing WWE in another interview a couple days ago?

Now, he has a problem with TNA?

I'd say his options are pretty limited. He keeps going on and on about how he LOVED WCW. Well, it's not coming back, Bill. Get over it.

I find that quite ironic though since he kept getting screwed over near the end of his run in WCW.

Do you blame him? With the exception of the blotched heel turn and the last few months, WCW pushed Goldberg as an undefeatable monster since the first day he walked into the company. Now, I'll admit that Goldberg's initial run was money, but he is foolish if he expects every company to push him like that. I don't think that people would really be impressed with a winning streak over jobbers today. Joe has a year long winning streak, but people pay more attention to what he does than his streak. Khali has a streak going for himself, but has no in-ring or mic skills and you see how little people care about him.

WWE was nice to Goldberg. He came in. Beat The Rock. Was treated like the unbeatalbe moster. He won the World Championship. He got put in a headline match at the biggest event in wrestling history. Whats this guys problem.

Well, what the hell do you expect? TNA is a fairly new company. They're not going to get the perfect production, or the primetime slot the first time around. It takes time. I know WCW wasn't glamerous in its early years, and some might even say TNA is already better than WCW was. The only reason WCW got those strong timeslots, was because Ted Turner, the man backing the company, owned a few networks, and was able to put the show anywhere! (not to bash TBS, though, since it is one of my favorite networks)

And they have a weak roster? Half the guys in there right now, were from Goldbergs "almighty" WCW. I don't see what the problem with that is.

The whole weak roster crack got to me. They lack the Star Power WCW and WWE had, but they put on a greater performance.

Yeah, TNA does put on better wrestling matches. Goldberg should stop bashing WWE and TNA, before they won't let him in.

I'd let Goldberg in TNA, but only for like 4-6 months.
