MAIN EVENTS ANNOUNCED FOR UWF/TNA WRESTLING EVENTS AUGUST 10 IN CHARLESTON AND AUGUST 11 IN COLUMBIA, SC

-Main events have been announced for upcoming UWF/TNA Wrestling events in South Carolina.

The UWF will debut in South Carolina August 10 at The Plex in North Charleston, SC and will feature a main event of AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels, the current NWA Tag Team Champions, taking on The Undefeated Samoan Submission Machine, Samoa Joe, and Petey Williams.

When TNA Wrestling moves to the Jamil Shrine Temple on August 11 in Columbia, SC, the main event will feature NWA Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett facing off with Samoa Joe. The main event for the August 12 show in Anderson, SC will be announced next week. Other TNA stars scheduled to appear at these shows includes The James Gang, Abyss, Brother Runt of Team 3-D, "Showtime" Eric Young, Ron "The Truth" Killings, and many more stars.

Another story to follow on these shows is that of Earl Hebner. Hebner was fired from TNA by Jim Cornette after Slammiversary, but is still under contract with UWF as senior referee. It will be interesting to see if Jeff Jarrett requests him to officiate his match with Samoa Joe in Columbia and how UWF president Hermie Sadler handles the situation.

Tickets are on sale now for all of these events. For event and ticket information, visit www.uwfusa.com.

Tickets will go on sale for UWF's biggest show of the year, "Capital Punishment" on August 12. The event will take place at the Alltel Pavilion at the Siegel Center in Richmond, Virginia. More details for that huge event will be released next week.
