TNA Knockout, Gail Kim, was one of the special guests on this past week's live edition (08/21/06) of Monday Night Mayhem, which can be heard in streaming audio every week (and live from 7-9PM ET every Monday night) exclusively on The Monday Night Mayhem Radio Network (www.MondayNightMayhem.com, www.WrestlingMediaNetwork.com, www.ObsessedWithWrestling.com, www.Dory-Funk.com, & celebrating its 10th Anniversary, www.AudioWrestling.com -- your official home of "The Spring Break Incident" Video-On-Demand, featuring former WWE Diva & member of "The George Lopez Show," Stacy Keibler).

The interview with this former WWE Women's Champion is now available to hear for FREE in Real Audio!

Here are some of the highlights from the interview provided by the show's senior correspondent, Dan "Ho-Ju" Kriegbaum.

The new fall season of "Your Home Of Wrestling Radio" is just around the corner -- with a brand-new time change of 9-11PM ET/8-10PM CT every Monday Night, beginning September 18th. "The Summer Of Mayhem: Part III" may be coming to a close, but this past Monday night's show could have been the most action-packed one of the summer months!

As part of former show co-host, The Angry Hero, making his "One Night Only" return to The Mayhem & on Jeff Hardy Appreciation Night, The Big Mosh & Blade welcomed Gail back to the program. With quite possibly what could be TNA's best-selling DVD being released this upcoming week, Gail said she was doing great & looking forward to what the "Knockouts" will be doing in the coming months ahead.

The Big Mosh brought up to the listening audience the trip that the show took down to Orlando, FL this past May for the Sacrifice Pay-Per-View & following night's Impact tapings -- and then started off the interview by asking Gail how things have been going for her since the exchange of pleasantries a few months back, and how she sees things going into the future. Gail mentioned the Bound For Glory PPV coming up in Detroit, MI in October -- which is TNA's first Pay-Per-View on the road since starting at The Impact Zone @ Universal Studios. She strongly believes that this shows the continued growth that TNA is having.

Mosh then went on to talk about the now infamous Alex Shelley interview & the part where he described the Orlando market as been "fulfilled" on TNA's end of things. Mosh & Hero then went on to ask Gail what she she sees TNA doing in regards to that in the future. Gail said that Bound For Glory is a small step in the continued growth to get TNA on the road, and she believes that Total Nonstop Action could do successful anywhere in the United States. Gail mentioned recent appearances in Chicago, IL for an autograph signing she attended & the "Hardcore War" show in Philadelphia, PA (@ the former ECW Arena) as places that definitely could draw well if TNA came to their respective areas.

The Big Mosh asked Gail for her thoughts on the current women's wrestling scene (both WWE & TNA), as well as her takes on the match taped after iMPACT in May for the all-new "Knockouts" DVD between herself & Traci Brooks. Gail said that, believe it or not, people were interested in the match. The crowd was really into it, simply because women's wrestling had not been shown on TNA since before the Spike TV debut. Gail added that she hoped it proved something, where they can slowly build into more women's wrestling in the future. She also said understands that there is not a lot of time in a 60-minute program, but does hold out for the fact that there can be more of a focus on women's wrestling if TNA does gets an extra hour of time on Spike TV in the future.

The Big Mosh, Blade, & The Angry Hero plugged the upcoming TNA Knockouts DVD being released this upcoming Tuesday (August 29th) and asked Gail exactly what will be contained on the DVD. Gail mentioned that she has already seen the two-hour long feature, and fans will definitely get their money's worth out of it. She added that people will get to see a side of the Knockouts that they might not have seen (or heard) before through the video footage & interviews. Gail said that Traci was able to go to a minor league baseball game, which she wishes the rest of them could've done, to show an interest or two of theirs as well. As far as the interviews go for each Knockout, Gail said that they were asked unexpected questions (including one she answered about how she walks around her house -- the rest is a surprise that you can only find out if you check out the DVD), which caused some "truths" to come out. Gail also plugged the match taped in May again between her & Traci, as that will be on the DVD as well.

Blade & Mosh asked Gail what she hopes to see happen with the Knockouts to promote the DVD (both on TV & Pay-Per-View) between now & the holiday season. Gail answered, by saying that she hopes they get to do a lot, and that they hope it becomes a huge success. Fans, remember The Mayhem is putting their official seal of approval on this DVD -- trust us, this trumps any other "diva" Photo Shoot any day of the week!

Mosh & Hero also inquired about the recent "miscommunications" between America's Most Wanted ("Wildcat" Chris Harris & "The Tennessee Cowboy" James Storm) and asked Gail what she thinks will happen in AMW's future. Will they stay together, and become possibly the best tag team we have ever seen? Or will they go the way of The Rockers -- going to superstar single heights. Gail mentioned that she loves managing Harris & Storm, has had a blast being a valet/manager since her TNA debut (something she did not have a chance to do in the WWE), and hopes they can stay together as long as possible.

The Big Mosh then mentioned another member of the roster that Gail has taken under her wing in recent months -- the reigning NWA Heavyweight Champion, "The King Of The Mountain" Jeff Jarrett. Gail was asked what she thinks of his future as a main event player in the coming months on TNA programming. Gail said that she hasn't been working with Jeff much since Scott Steiner stepped in -- but "whatever he's doing is working, because it's causing a reaction."

Make sure you fans listen to this entire near 35-minute interview, which also includes more of Gail's in-depth thoughts on the exposure that TNA is getting with their recent announcements, what she now has in common with "The Karate Kid's" Pat Morita, why the WWE prides themselves on being more "soap opera & entertainment-like" instead of actual wrestling (and if she would ever consider going back there if offered), the "unscheduled & unplanned" fire that broke out at the Hard Justice Pay-Per-View, if she thinks that both Lita & Trish Stratus could be leaving World Wrestling Entertainment in the coming weeks/months, the WWE's current crop of new "Divas" & the 2006 WWE Diva Search, the intimidating presence that is Scott Steiner backstage, her uncensored takes on the internet, and plenty more!

*Jeff Hardy Appreciation Night: On the night where "The Charismatic Enigma" made his return to the WWE after a three-year absence, "Your Home Of Wrestling Radio" (along with some of Jeff's most die-hard fans) remembered some of his greatest moments & matches in his prior tenure in the "E." Blade has said it before, and he will say it again, Jeff can be a main event player for years to come. It seems as though he wants back in -- and is ready to go. For anyone planned on making any drug or missed show jokes, you had to save it. Unless you work in the business, The Mayhem does not care how many news sites you visit, you have no idea about what Jeff does or doesn't do...neither do we for that matter). This show was a celebration of what Jeff has done in the past & a look ahead to what he may accomplish in the future.

AND

Ballpark Brawl VII "Survival Of the Fittest" Preview (w/The Brawl Announce Team, Scotty Bender & Ivan The Impaler): Today will feature the largest independent wrestling show of the entire year -- in The Mayhem's own backyard. Bender & Ivan previewed the card from top to bottom, including their thoughts on whether or not this event could very well be "The Alpha Male" Monty Brown's last indy appearances & if he could be WWE bound anytime soon. Log onto www.BallparkBrawl.com for all of the details on the epic event at Dunn Tire Park, and how you can score some official Brawl merchandise (including DVD's).

This future Hall Of Famer & seven-time Pro Bowler had a great career, and will now give a behind-the-scenes look at the franchise's most glorious era --including the Bills miraculous comeback from a 32-point deficit against the Houston Oilers in the 1993 AFC Wild Card game, the devastation after Scott Norwood's kick sailed wide right in Super Bowl XXV, & his own personal moments & memories of his teammates (including current TNA star, "The Alpha Male" Monty Brown).
