Alright I just came across this from the sirius satellite radio show is trying to make WWE seem like it's a racist organization by trying to make it seem that what they are doing is wrong, it maybe in some peoples eyes but these people need to STFU and turn the station if they don't want to watch it.

Quote:

THE WWE ATTACKS AFRICAN AMERICANS IN THEIR LATEST STORYLINE!

From Kamala, the African savage, to Muhammad Hassan, the Arab terrorist, the WWE is no stranger to blatant racism. Their favorite whipping boy, African Americans, fall victim to their newest stunt, CRYME TIME and The After Hours Spot Radio Show is taking a stand!

The After Hours Spot, a national radio show heard on Sirius Satellite Radio, Monday – Friday 8p- 12noon EST, Hip Hop Nation, co-hosted by Sgt. Reginald Hawkins, Orlando Quinones, Renada Romain, and Andy Dee, caused pandemonium across America when they exposed the WWE’s latest racist wrestling characters that parodies black racial stereotypes “in an effort to entertain all ethnic derivations,” www.wwe.com/shows/raw. According to the WWE, The afro picking, grillz’ wearing CRYME TIME tag team, are “two highly trained professional criminals” who rob stores in an attempt to work on their speed. Each week CRYME TIME will engage in new criminalistic activity.

The After Hours Spot radio show is petitioning to put an end to the WWE’s long history of racial injustice, by calling on the help of political activists and elected officials. All supporters of AHS can sign the “Stop Cryme Time and Racism in the WWE” petition at www.PetitionOnline.com/ahsradio/petition.html or call Orlando Quinones toll free at (866) 744-0668 for more information.

“The WWE will no longer entertain all ethnic derivations at the expense of African Americans or any other race.” -AHS

The After Hours Spot:
Renada Romain, Orlando Quinones, Sgt. Hawkins, Andy Dee

Because the characters that are doing this parody are just degrading black people so much.....what a bunch of fucking whiners.

If they want to expose anyone, then do it the ones that are actually writing about it and go bug one of the other radio stations.

The Man. Any Questions?
Hahahaha!

More sensitive people crying about perceived persecution.

First, are the two black men who are portraying Cryme Tyme (or however it's spelled) being FORCED to do it? No, they are willing participants, doing it for a paycheck. Some dumbasses would love for us to believe that they're being exploited, though.

I find it funny that when ANY black man is cast in a negative light (for instance, a pair of guys doing holdups and whatnot) in WWE, everyone gets their panties twisted.

BUT, when young black men are portrayed THE SAME GODDAMNED WAY in movies like Menace II Society and Boyz 'N the Hood, these same "we must be sensitive" dirtclods hail the studios that make these films as doing "great things, wonderful art". What the hell is WRONG with people?!

If they're going to bitch, bitch when anyone does it, not ONLY when it's done in wrestling, just because these clowns have a grudge against wrestling.

Not to mention the fact that for every so-called "oh, WWE is racist against the black man" character like Cryme Tyme, there are several black athletes who are portrayed in a positive light, showcasing athleticism over robbery, like Lashley, Shelton Benjamin (before he vanished), and Booker T (before the "King" crap).

Oh, yeah, and I don't seem to remember the Rock being portrayed as a fucking streetcorner crack dealer, either (yes, the Rock is a black man(and half-Samoan), no matter how much these fools bleat to the contrary).

The stupid accusation that WWE is a racist company is baseless. But, since these kinds of critics hate wrestling and will clutch at any straw, and try to find racism in anything wrestling does, we can't be surprised at this latest false accusation.

And by extension, those who like, and watch, wrestling are usually called racists by these critics, too, by association. Idiots.

Now, since I MUST condone racism because I watch wrestling, I must go.

I've got cross-burnings, trailer-hitch draggings, and sheet-ironing to do, according to these assholes.

All hail King Booker!
It shouldn't be surprising that Cryme Tyme would offend people. I also won't be surprised if a lot of hip-hop radio stations across the nation start imploring minorities to boycott the WWE. Hell, Jay Z is boycotting Cristal and it's no longer sold in the night clubs and restaurants he owns.

Look at how Dave Chappelle took the world by storm with his comedy. He did a lot of stereotypical skits on his show and yet everyone ate it up. Cryme Tyme is a small fraction of what Dave would do and now it's the end of the world. It just doesn't make sense.

Exactly.

These anti-wrestling zealots are a bunch of hypocrites.

Remember the PTC fiasco? Who was their main anti-wrestling spokesman? That's right, Steve Allen.

Funny, but I didn't see him railing about how wrestling was so evil when his ass was appearing at WrestleMania VI, did you?

When they were cutting him a check, he had no problem with wrestling.

When they were cutting him a check, he had no problem with wrestling.

But when someone else gives him a bigger check, he can have a problem with wrestling. Sucks, huh?

Well, wrestling was more actual wrestling back then, so the comparison is a little off.

I just read that quote that -O- put up again, and their stupidity gave me an idea.

I want to see the black men taken off TV. Then, put two WHITE guys in the Cryme Tyme characters.

Then, I want to see how much bitching these stupid pieces of crap do. I'll bet that you don't hear ONE peep out of these people.

I want to see someone truthfully say that they'll be calling it "racism against white people". Come on, call it. White people can play criminals on TV, but black people can't, right? Go ahead, say it.

If these people had enough balls to just come right out and say "whites must play all the unsavory roles, because their image doesn't matter as much as anyone else's", I wouldn't get so pissed about it.

But these people aren't doing that; they're hiding behind a front of "sensitivity".

STAY HYPED!!!
I'm glad someone pointed out white treatment. I'm not saying other race have not been portrayed in a negative light, because we all know they have. But white people get the shaft just as often as any other race. How many white males from the southern united states have been portrayed as ignorant rednecks? How many white males from England have been portrayed as blue blood snobs? WWE crosses every line imaginable. If it offends you, then don't watch.

I'd just like to point out that pro wrestling is all about making characters that people love and hate. And, most wrestling characters are sterotypes...especially the heels. That is what makes them more hated. Blacks are not singles out:

Mexicools riding on lawn mowers
Mean Street Posse = rich white preppy snobs
The Iron Sheik
Trevor Murdoch = Southern Redneck
All Japanese guys know Karate etc....

You know what else? When Jon Cena was portraying a rapper, most people called him a poser. If he was black, its a sterotype. Wrestling will always be attacked because its an easy target. No mainstream outlet takes it seriously. No one will defend it that isn't part of it.

Characters like Kamala, the African native, is no different than any Samoan wild man. And, by the way, Kamala was not a WWE creation (thank Jerry lawler and Memphis for that one).

I'd love to see those "DJ's" call themselves out. Their whole view, is that blacks are being portrayed negativetly. Where have they been? Did they ever watch the news, with the gang-related killings of the "Bloods" and the "Crypts?" WWE is just making a light-hearted joke of something that is extremely serious. I'm not saying all africal-americans do this, but we all know that there are people out there, who do things like that. Come on! What are they making a mochrie out of in the first place? Robbers, serial killers, who should/majority are all in jail! Why stick up for those type of people who won't obey the law?
