Cryme Tyme debutes this week on Raw. Anyone care to guess who they'll be facing? I'm going out on a limb and say they'll face the Spirit Squad and become the new Tag Team champions.

You think they'll push them that quickly?

They gave Carlito the US Title on his debut, so I don't think it is outside the realm of possibilities. Cryme Tyme is reported as being extremely over as faces. It could happen.

It's a fabulous new day, yes it is!
Cryme Tyme could win those Tag Team belts at Cyber Sunday. If not, then make it happen by Survivor Series.

Why are they extremely over? I think their gimmick is quite stupid...

Very true, they have been building them up a good bit, but they did the same with MVP, even though MVP is a heel.

But seeing as they are pretty over with the crowd from what I've been hearing, it would'nt come as a shock.

I don't know why they are over. I've seen nothing from them except the promos. However, I have read a few reports about their matches in which the reporter stated the group was over as faces. One even said the duo got the biggest pop of the night.

Well they did win the OVW tag belts quickly, which does'nt happen often or really at all.

Which is odd, I guess creative along with fans see something in them that others don't.

I hated the thought of Cryme Tyme, but I never seen any of the promos. I happen to watch all of them on YouTube; I have to say, besides the stereotyping, (which I found funny) I honestly think they could do some good.

I think they're funny guys, they could go far. I'm thinking they'll face the Spirit Squad as well.

I'm what Willis was talkin' 'bout.
Well, whoever they're facing, they're gonna win. No question. But, in terms of WHO they are facing, I'll have to go with Cybrus and say The Spirit Squad to win the Tag Titles. :smoke:

we'll hear cheesy lines like "They just stole the titles/win", references to 40's, bar-be-qued chicken & watermelon and whatever else WWE can get away with. trust me, WWE is low enough to do such crap. i'm surprised we haven't had innuendos about Cryme Tyme having huge schlongs or mock rapes, yet.

if you haven't figured it out, i have no faith in WWE booking minorities properly. they manage to use way too many stereotypes.

Yeah, I agree with that. Expect JR and/or King to try to talk "thugspeak".

*shudders at the thought*

I think somehow that Cryme Tyme should last for a while as faces and then turn heels. I can see them better off as heels for some reason.

Well, it looks like Cryme Time will be facing the SS on their debut. I'm going to take a while guess and assume they will fight for the titles at Cyber Sunday and win.

Black Stereotypes > Male Cheerleaders

They seemed to get some pretty big pops from people which was odd, something I rarely hear from a new team.

Still very very green but should do well in the division, not like it's much of one anyways.

i expect the thugspeak. it's only a question of Tyme (pun obviously intended). guess i have one thing to be happy about. JBL isn't a Raw announcer. if he was a Raw announcer, he'd be spewing more garbage then a Klansman. if you don't believe me, listen to JBL's rants on Smackdown. can't get much more racist then that, IMO.

agreed. being a male cheerleader is one step above doing a gay storyline. nothing against gays when i say this, but doing a gay storyline is pretty much career suicide. being male cheerleaders can't be much better.

They were great, and they are well over, I like the Gimmick and when they stole Booker's wallet was hillarious. I think this is what the tag division needs, a well over tag team which fights for the titles.

Too True, WWE would be looking at law suits if JBL was on RAW.

i think JBL claimed it was for "Heal Heat". if i heard right, if stuff like that is for "entertainment purposes", then you can get out of trouble for that.....at least in Germany. i assume that the German government bought into the crap, as nothing happened to JBL, that i know of.

definately racist, as far as i'm concerned.
