3.1 rating? Holy hell! And that was going up against the MLB Playoffs, wasn't it? As for Shamrock, it would be pretty cool to see him back, but it seems he's made a bigger name as an "Ultimate Fighter," which I doubt he'll drop just to work for the WWE again. |

All hail King Booker!

I can't believe it was coming on that day. I missed it. I'm glad though that it scored high in the ratings and "scared" Vince. He needs to have that feeling once in a while. |

I would've loved to see the match live, even though it did'nt last long, still Ortiz beat the hell outta Shamrock as I stated in another thread. |

As a pro wrestler, Ken Shamrock sucked. He has no chrisma at all. My friends and I used to make fun of him all the time. When ever we were about to do anything we would scarcastically say we were "In The Zone" which was Ken's catchphrase. He is a good fighter, but a crappy pro wrestler. |

It still boggles me to this day why they gave him the NWA title when TNA were first doing the weely ppvs and that tournament. |

He was one of the biggest names they had at the time and they didn't want Jeff to have it right off the bat so everyone would think "The Owner is going to put himself over".....glad that never happened huh? |

I've heard in the past with older "Ken Shamrock returning to WWE" rumors that Ken Shamrock doesn't want to come into WWE unless he's going to be a main eventer. If Vince ends up signing him and puts him in a main event spot, I could see them trying to make Ken into Angle what with the legitmate competition history and name recognition. I doubt it would work, but I could Vince trying. |

It would be good for SD or ECW if Shamrock returned. I would personally have liked to see Angle vs Shamrock but Angle left. |

Yeah I know. I just did'nt like it, I had this feeling he was'nt going to stay with them long at the time anyway. As far as going back to WWE, if Vince feels that strong that he needs UFC competitors to try and up his ratings, then he's not thinking two straight, not that he has lately. It still would be interesting to see what role they'd have for him.....or not. |

The Man. Any Questions?
|
Exactly. Vince has lost his damn mind. He HAD Shamrock, and the whole experiment blew up, because Shamrock sucked. What makes him think it would work this time? They are just clutching at straws, more than ever. WWE is just desperate to find something that doesn't absolutely suck. |
