Eric Bischoff is in fact under contract to WWE until July. Regarding his future plans past Cyber Sunday, several ideas have been proposed to him for bringing him back full-time, but he hasn't liked any of the ideas thus far. Also, there is an internal debate regarding Bischoff within WWE. He is considered to be a very good TV performer, and considering that WWE is lacking top heels, he could be used on TV - perhaps in a managerial role to get a heel or heel stable over. However, there are some bad feelings with people regarding his book, though nobody will say so publicly. Also, Bischoff doesn't want to do anything that would look anti-climatic in contrast to his run as GM.

I think they should remove Coach and give Eric his position as GM back. They hurt his image by having him constantly cower away from the heels, but his book has done a lot to re-build his image. He has been the best GM in WWE history, so why not let him be the lead heel on Raw again?

I've got to agree with your comment about him being the bext GM that we've seen on both brands. No-one could beat Bischoff at that game.

Having Coach is just nothing to look forward to evary monday, Bischoff is a better on air character anyways.

Raw was a lot better when Bischoff was running it. And I was dissapointed when they brought in Coach, instead of Shane, as his replacement. Now it's about time they let him back.
