It's a fabulous new day, yes it is!
You know... Owen Hart died in Over The Edge and WWE got rid of the PPV easily... but what if the kind of accident Owen suffered would have happened at one of the "big four" PPVs?

Haha, it's funny because he died...:-/

Honestly, what is the obsession with this. Why do so many people focus on the God damned death of Hart? It's absurd. Hey, remember that match he had with Bret in the cage, or when he carried that Slammy award everywhere he went? Why not remember those things instead of some death. Jesus Christ.

I know....what if it happened at WrestleMania!? they'd change it to WWEMania or some shit liek that. Ain't it crazy how there are soem PPV names where a wrestlers death might happen? like No Way Out for instance. This PPV name had scared me for a long time. I mean, what if WWE has on eof their superstars do a stunt where they have to get out of this truck or something? "No Way Out"

People are obsessed with Owen's death because they want to see his death on video....and vince Mcmahon is the only person who owns the video.

But, we all know what happened. Not in exact detail but, basically. So, what good would the video do us?

Yes, Master_rah made the call. The biggest loss suffered at Over the Edge was not the loss of a wrestler, but the loss of such a great name for a PPV!

RIP Over the Edge

So you're saying that it's a true shame that we'll never be able to see a wrestler die in what I imagine would be a pretty gruesome scene?

If you wanted too watch that tape, thats just sick if you remember what happened Owen fell and hit his chest on a turnbuckle when falling then bled internally, do you realize how gruesome that would be. I imagine it would of shattered his rib cage.

They say that this is the video of his death, but I don't believe it:

Nope. that's not it. People claim that's the vid just to gain popularity. But it's a match from one of those Hardcore PPVs.

That's Vic Grimes.

However, I think there was video showing pics on his fall, but those pics looked quite blurry...

Which no-one will post here though. Not only do I not want to see it, but it once again violates InvisionFree TOS. Plus it's fucking stupid to post it anyway.

It really is... Who wants to see pictures of a guy who's seconds away from dying?

I agree with you 100% man, his death was something tragic and should not be viewed by everyone ... the Hart family wouldn't want everyone to see their son, bother, nephew die in a really bad way ... focus on the things that he did well ...

His matches, his pesonality, the way he lived ... not the way he died ...

I have read a report from someone who actually saw it in the arena and was at the PPV. He even took a Photo of the aftermath.

But Owen Hart done the right thing before he died. There would be to dead wrestlers if he had chosen to take his midget sidekck on the "Trip".

I know what you're talking about. I actually read the same report when I was younger, trying to find information on his death. Oh yeah, so there isn't a mis-interpertation, I believe it was a picture of the arena after the PPV, and not during, or right after the fall, where we could see Owen.

But anyway, I don't remember Owen for his death; as most wrestling fanatics would, I remember him for his incredible Cage match with Bret Hart, which I easially believe is one of the greatest matches of all-time.

I wish WWE had Cage matches like that, and not the stupid crap like they have now. Notice how they didn't even need to make a "Spot," to keep the fans into it? That's the type of drawing power those two had.

Actually, The Photo was from After the event but there is another Photo of him lying in the ring with medics around him but is from very high up.

So instead of a photo of a guy about to die, you have a photo of a dead guy. That's cool. Seriously people...
