It's a fabulous new day, yes it is!

-- According to WWE sources, two cities are under consideration for the site of WrestleMania 25. Right now they are looking at the Astrodome in Houston Texas (site of WrestleMania 17 in 2001) and the Skydome in Toronto (site of WrestleMania VI in 1990 and WrestleMania 18 in 2002).

The Astrodome is still in use? The last time I saw anything in it was when they did Monster Jam like a year and a half ago. If they do choose it, though, I can't complain.

I agree that the Astrodome would be a better pick for more fans. But as far electricity goes. The Skydome baby. Which isn't even called that anymore, it's called Rogers Center. But still, I was there for WMX8 and it was amazing. I thought it was just cause I was there. But even watching over again on my WM Dvd's WMX8 probably had the best crowd. Face it, Canada rocks. And I would love to go to WMXXV

I don't think there's really much denying that. They were LOUD that night, especially during the Rock/Hogan match. For an arena that big to have a bigger sound than most small arenas get (in which the sound has less area to travel, thus making it seem louder) shows how loud it really was.

That's what I thought. I remember watching a few Yankee games when they were facing the Blue Jays, and I kept thinking "didn't they used to play in the Skydome?" Yeah, I kinda had to look that one up...

At the time, I really didn't care about the Rock/Hogan match. I was just pissed that Austin wasn't in the main event and instead he was facing Hall. But when it came around to everyone booing The Rock, I was like, yeah man, cause at the time I hated The Rock. Only cause it was either Austin or The Rock, you had to pick one. I chose Austin so I had to hate The Rock. So when everyone started booing him, I was like yea, I can get used to this. And then Hogan came out and the roof blew off the freakin place and it was all nuts. The craziest part is, it was like that for most the match. People just kept going. Off the hook.

Philadelphia should have it. Its ten years since WMXV. I guess we are not as special as MSG since they got it on thier 10year anniversary

Well if took place in Philly where would they have it. It seems like they want the really big attendance arena's. And the biggest indoor stadium in Philly holds 19 thousand. Now the Linc (where the Philadelphia Eagles play) and Citizens Bank Park play (where the Phillies play) are really big with one holding 70 thousand and the other holding 45 thousand. But the one bad part is its still chilly and really rainy in late march and early April in Philly. Plus Vince does not like Philly because what he likes to call it the negative fans. So the chances of Philly for Mania are slim.

Mr. VKM doesn't like philly but the real VKM will probably give it a go. Plus the Wiacovia Center is the First Union Center.

They should save the Astrodome for WrestleMania 27,as the 10 anniversary of one of the greatest PPVs(and WrestleManias) of all time.

Yes, but only while those heroic American civil society engineers are there spreading freedom. Once the bringers of peace, justice and all thing good have left, I predict that it will be a long time until an Iraqi sees any event from the WWE in person.

Why does everybody keep talking about "10-year Anniversaries?" The only reason (and the biggest reason) that MSG gets WrestleMania every ten years is because that's where the first one was held, so it could be called the birthplace of WrestleMania. I'm sure if it was held in Philadelphia or somewhere else, it would be getting it every ten years.

But there are rumors that they might be building another Madison Square Garden, so we'll just wait and see.
