What happens if the other guy dies? Will Hogan's money and friends in high places keep Nick out of prison?

they'll sure as hell try to keep Nick out of prison. if that fails, Nick will probably be given special accomadations.

Which he shouldn't be given.

I hate it when celebrities (I guess he's one, a minor one, but still one) are given special treatment in prison. Especially because afterwards or during it, they often speak of how much hell it is when they're actually getting pampered compared to the regular prisoners.

Vince Neil (singer) and Leonard Little (NFL player) both killed someone and didn't do time.

There was an emotional prayer vigil yesterday in Clearwater, FL for John Graziano. Graziano, a 22-year-old marine, was the passenger in Nick Hogan’s car crash last Sunday. Graziano remains in critical condition after suffering serious head injuries as a result of the crash.

Ashley Berry, John’s girlfriend, stated the he is coming out “little by little.” He remains in the ICU and family is asking for everyone to continue to pray for John.

The Hogan family was absent from the prayer vigil but Ashley said that they have been by Graziano’s bedside since the accident.

Nick and Brooke Hogan have broken their silence, following Nick’s terrible car accident, and have released statements via their MySpace pages. Nick has also changed his default image to a picture of him and his passenger, John :

Nick's Statement: "I want to thank everyone who has sent their support to me. Right now I would like to ask all of you to focus your prayers on my friend John."

Brooke's Statement: "You have all been so sweet to reach out to me and my family during this time. As you guys may know, Nicky has been released from the hospital, but my best friend John is still in the hospital. Every single prayer helps John heal, so please, keep praying and don't give up. Every single one of you makes a difference. I love you all, and thank you again for supporting me in this."

"Welcome to a very special episode of Hogan Knows Best. In this episode, one of the family members is clinging to life after a tragic accident.

'It's really humbling, brother.'

And also, a family tries to sue the Hogan family, after this certain family member put another's life in danger.

'It's sickening, brother. All they want is money, dude.'

Right here on Hogan Knows Best!"

The show is still annoying and has stupid storylines. The acting is terrible. But seeing Hogan rap in his car alone was the only thing funny about the show.

Due to the tragic car accident last weekend in Florida that left Nick Hogan's passenger John Craziano in critical condition, the stage is set for a major lawsuit against Hulk Hogan.

Because Nick Hogan, real name Nick Bollea, is only 17 years old and still considered a minor, Nick's legal guardian (Hulk) would be the defendant in any lawsuits filed.

Hulk Hogan has been seen on "Hogan Knows Best" encouraging Nick's street racing. If it's found that Hulk has used the "Hogan" name to get Nick out of traffic tickets Hulk would inheret even more liability. In the recent issue of RIDES Magazine, Nick speaks about getting out of speeding tickets after being pulled over two seperate times by different officers in one drive because he is a "Hogan". The third time he got pulled over on that day he got a ticket for going 123 MPH in a 50 MPH zone.

Looks like he can't get outta this one for being a Hogan. :-/

UK news site DigitalSpy reports that the passenger in Nick Hogan's car wreck was on total life support and will spend the rest of his life in a nursing home receiving medical care.

Here's the article written by Kimberly Dadds:

The man who was left critically injured after he was involved in a car crash with Hulk Hogan's son Nick will probably need to be given lifelong care, according to a report.

Former marine John Graziano had to be put on total life support after the August crash, which allegedly occured moments after Hogan began speeding. If it is proved that this is the case, Nick will be held criminally responsible for the crash, which is currently being investigated by police.

Nurse Joanne Jones, who examined Graziano on behalf of the court, wrote in her report: "At this present time, he states his prognosis remains guarded. He states that this young man most likely will spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home."

That's fucked up for everyone involved. I know the first instinct is for everyone to jump on Nick. But, you know his buddy wasn't telling him to stop driving fast. Dumb-ass move at any rate and now this dude is screwed for life.

Hope it was worth it. :-/

Adult criminal charges have been filed against Nick Hogan, son of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, for his August crash in Tampa, FL severely injuring his passenger John Graziano. Clearwater, Florida Police have arrested Nick Hogan for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He turned himself in to Clearwater Police this morning and is currently being booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.

Nick Hogan's representative, Adam Handelsman, EVP of 5WPR, issued the following statement to TMZ.com:

"Nick and the entire Hogan Bollea family are saddened that criminal charges have been filed in regards to the tragic single car accident on August 26, 2007. Nick will meet and answer these charges in the appropriate arena a court of law. The family's primary focus and concern still remains for the continued recovery of Nick's longtime friend John Graziano. The Bolleas will also continue to stand by the Graziano family and help them in any way they can. The tragedy to both families is compounded by the fact that unfortunately John was not wearing his seatbelt. Thankfully, Nick was wearing his. Because of what happened to John, the entire Bollea family will make it a priority to increase public awareness about the importance of always wearing your seatbelt. There has been much speculation as to the speed and wet road conditions surrounding this accident. Although all the evidence has not been evaluated, preliminary reports from the experts indicate that this was not, in fact, a high-speed accident. Because Nick is still a juvenile and has no prior criminal record, we are disappointed that he is being charged as an adult offender. However, we are confident that the evidence will demonstrate that this was an accident. We ask all who follow these events to keep an open mind as to the facts until they have been ultimately determined. Finally, we thank all who have prayed for John's recovery and ask for your continued support and prayers."

I would sit here and hope that he gets it all, which is what he deserves for being so irresponsible and helping to permanently ruin his buddy's life, but this is the American legal system we're talking about.

And to top it off, Nick is a celebrity (albeit, a small one) and he's the son of one of the biggest of the 20th Century - Hulk Hogan.

If he gets more than probation, community service and a fine, I'll be shocked.

I prefer the nWo song over the Real American song. But the best wrestling song of all-time IMO is Sexy Boy.

For the people living in the USA: how much coverage does the Nick Hogan car accident news gets on the tv?
