Here is a list I found of movies based on Marvel comics that are future releases. Not sure how true they all are, but here you go. What stands out to you?

Iron Man
The Incredible Hulk
Avengers Reborn (animated, direct-to-video)
Hulk Smash (animated, direct-to-video)
Punisher: War Zone
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Magneto
Spider-Man 4

The following films have been announced with no set release date, and are listed alphabetically

Ant-Man
The Avengers
Black Panther
Captain America
Cloak and Dagger
Deathlok
Doctor Strange
Gargoyle
Ghost Rider 2
Iron Fist
Luke Cage
Nick Fury
Silver Surfer
Sub-Mariner
Thor
Venom

Out of those, I'd be interested in:

Iron Man
The Incredible Hulk
Punisher: War Zone
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Magneto
Spider-Man 4
The Avengers
Captain America
Ghost Rider 2 (kinda)
Venom (though I have no idea how if it was a spin-off of Spider-Man 4)

The Wolverine, Magneto, Captain America, Doctor Strange, Nick Fury, Silver Surfer and Venom sound good.

Iron Man isn't looking so bad neither.

Cloak and Dagger
Iron Fist
Thor

Could all be really good...or really bad.

And I wonder what they are going to do with Luke Cage...Sweet Christmas!

Cloak and Daggar seems interesting, but yeah it could either be awesome or the shits.

Perhaps with "Venom" they can do a separation anxiety storyline, you know with all the symbiotes coming into play.

As far as Spider-Man 4 is concerned, I've got two words for you: Carnage and Electro.

Can't wait for Wolverine and Magneto, but I'd much rather see a progressive X4 than a set of prequels.

The only movies I'm really excited to see are, Captain America and Iron Man.

Incredible Hulk is a maybe seeing as ghow crappy the first one was. Spider-man 4 is another maybe, it depends on who is the villian. I wouldn't mind seeing Carnage either.

James Vanderbilt, the man responsible for the script for David Fincher's Zodiac, has been hired to write the script for Spider-Man 4. We always knew that Sony was planning for another Spidey flick, but we didn't know that they were as close as hiring a screenwriter.

What's even more strange is that there's no word on whether or not Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, or Sam Raimi will be involved with the project, though the feeling has been strong among the three of them since the filming of Spider-Man 3 that they won't. What does that mean?

I hate Kristen Dunst. I hope she isn't back at all.

I have a strong feeling that the fourth could be the worst unless they really put effort into every aspect rather than simply dishing out another sequel.

As for Dunst, I had a few rough plots ideas before Spider-Man 3 came out that I still would've prefered to see. One of them had Mary Jane get killed by the Hobgoblin (which is who Harry would've been rather than the New Goblin - which I still don't like) which leads a symbiote covered Peter to nearly killing Harry in the final battle (which leads to a teaser for Spider-Man 4 with Venom as the enemy, which would have Carnage in it briefly).

So, I'm fearing for the quality. Here's hoping the Spider-Man suit never gets rubber nipples.

The rumor I keep hearing is that Carnage and Lizard are the villains of the 4th film.
