I just got a pair of glasses today to sharpen my sight because it was starting to become an instant problem at school and with the net, because I was straining my eyes to see the simplest things. However, although it is all well and good with clarity, I find that I am slightly getting a headache wearing them, but nothing else about them or me wearing them is a concern. So for anyone that wears glasses presently, is this usual, and did this happen to you the first time you had glasses? |

Well, usually the first few days are horrible in respect to headaches and eye issues. Then after awhile, they got a lot better and everything was back to normal, where they don't hurt to wear, and they improve sight. |

Thanks Andrew for reassuring that, because they are killing the bridge of my nose and my sight is slightly blurred when I don't wear them, and then it restores. Aslong as it does get better. |

Oh, that blurry thing is hilarious and horrible at the same time. My eyes have gotten so used to these glasses that when I take them off, it's hard to even read the computer screen from where I am currently sitting. But if you keep your glasses on most of the time, you shouldn't have any issues with that, well, because you're wearing glasses.

I've always thought that glasses on me (or anyone, for that matter) were kinda sexy, in a nerdy way. Damn my perfect vision! |

I am Godzilla, you are Japan.
|
Why does someone have to be gay to call you ugly? Are you telling me that you're that uncomfortable with your sexuality that you can't say when a guy's good looking? or even, not so good looking? |

I agree with Fittes on this one. Attractiveness is a sexual thing. Something that is attractive is something you wish to share your chromosomes with. You cannot judge attractiveness without some percentage of sexual feelings towards an entity. It has nothing to do with this cliched bullshit about being "comfortable with ones sexuality" (whatever the fuck that means anyway). If you say something is good looking then you're saying you want to fuck it. Anyway Fittes, don't worry about what Legacy says. You're the one with the girlfriend, amirite? |

Not really. I can call a certain animal or device ugly, without any want of "sharing my chromosomes with it". |

I was actually editing my post to avoid that, but I left it the way it was to see if it would be picked up and it was. |
