Regal winning is one of the best things to happen in WWE today, Finally, we get a true Brit on the throne and not some phony Texan who cannot use a British accent if he drank tea all of his life! |

I thought the KOTR was a let down. I said going in that I was hoping to see someone elevated and would hate it if an established talent got the win. An established talent got the win, and I didn't like it. I don't see the point. Regal has never really been over in WWE as a wrestler. The only time he's really been over is during his commissioner/GM roles. This looks like a gigantic wasted opportunity to me. It was cool seeing the three presidential candidates on WWE TV. You knew there would be wrestling references thrown in, but I wish they would have done a bit more to show where they stand politically. They just kind of hovered over position going into the election. They could have been a bit more specific. Not too specific, but more specific than what they were. And why did all three use Rock-isms? Triple H stole Benoit's "Prove me wrong" line. You saw that? Cody Rhodes is actually pretty good on the mic. Maybe if they'd give him some promo time, then people would care about him and Holly. Looking forward to next week big time. And all for one reason, one word, one name: ![]() KENNEDY! |

When I first saw Bill making his way out to the ring, I actually thought it was him. I haven't laughed so hard over something WWE's put up in a long time. The stuff that Bill said was absolutely brilliant. Not only that, but did any of you guys catch what Lawler said, as Obama was making his way to the ring? "Look at those ears. It's a good thing that Barack's not facing Mike Tyson tonight. That'd be like a buffet".

I was ready to bash the Democrat wrestling match, but the Bill Impersonator was just to damn funny.
I for one, am stocked that William Regal won the King of the Ring. William Regal is really starting to become that bad ass, entertaing GM we haven't seen since Eric Bischoff. |

I loved Clinton. Really funny.
But I really liked what they did with the three candidates talking. WWE's been doing the SmackDown! Your Vote campaign for years, so having all three present themselves to wrestling fans like they did is a sure-fire way to help the cause. It actually reminded me that I should be registering to vote.

What was up with the references to The Rock in all the speeches?
Regal winning was a pretty big shocker. Main event was good. |

For any Kennedy fans, I just read that he was indeed suppose to make his return to Raw and be in the finals to face Punk, what happened to keep this from happening is still blurry but once I hear something, I'll post it. |

You're being pretty vague there, Observer. Care to cite a source or should we just assume you are talking out of your ass?

Lol, one of the sources I go to have people write in questions asking the one who runs the site about what's going on in the wrestling world, since he's basically a journalist like Wade from PWTorch and Mike Johnson from PWInsider, among others. I could probably get more info right away if I bought the "premium" package but I'll wait it out to see what happens.
