There's always at least one kind of being that annoys you in a wrestling forum. Which one annoys you the most? Pick and explain if it's necessary. You can pick up to 3 options. I'll explain some of them. Indy Wrestling marks - People who believe they're the shit because they know and watch more indy wrestling and thinks everyone but indy wrestling sucks. Attitude Era fanboys/fangirls - People who bitch and moan about WWE's present and pray to God that WWE should go back to the Attitude Era. People who bitch endless about wrestling's present - They bitch and complain, but they still watch wrestling. |

WWE marks, indy mark, and indy bashers. WWE marks annoy me because they'll use the fact that WWE is the most powerful wrestling/sports entertainment company in the world as their point in claiming WWE is better. No matter what you argue with, WWE makrs will usually point out that WWE is on top and that's proof that WWE is superior when it just isn't true. And a lot of WWE marks, at least those I've talked with, aren't willing to put it up for debate. WWE is the best and that's it, end of discussion in their view it seems. And it seems that if something isn't WWE it's automaticall a step down, regardless of any kind of evidence to show otherwise. I don't mind if someone prefers WWE or likes most of what they do, but the "WWE can do no/little bad" mentality annoys me. Indy marks because they're the same as WWE, only from the opposite end. Not only do they often put down anything and everything that isn't independent, but they have an elitist attitude than other wrestling fans don't really have as much of. As if they're a more important fan because they can list off dozens of indy guys or talent from japan. Indy bashers because, similiar to WWE marks, they seem to often bash indies because they see it all as small pond stuff and since they're usually not making heaps of money and lots of camera time like they might in WWE or TNA, they're automatically less than top guys. |

Kraul: To be fair, indy stuff is small pond stuff with low production values. MY85: But why don't you like attitude marks? I voted Indy marks, Cena marks and Other (80's wrestling fanboys) |

I didn't vote for those, but some of them just seem bitches who live in that era and they want WWE to go back to the Attitude Era (the era they most jack off to), but there's no more Rock, Austin and whatnot to go back there. WWE should move on to different things, not living in the past. "I miss attitude era, plz go back wwe. make stone col champion again, fuck cena, i want the rock back..." |

There's always going to be something or someone out there that is to bitch about, it just depends on whether you can back up your answer with facts, we may not always know them but people who do research and take the time to find out what is going on, wants to have that sense of being right, while one can just base his/her thoughts on just what they see every week on tv. Now anyone can be perceived as being a worst type of person do to the way they may or may not like what is going on, either from before or now. We all have our differences and there are those that agree with us also. A couple examples are, that you can look at just fans in particular in some areas as being the worst kind do to how they react to what we may not to. Or even certain people that come on forums and don't want to talk about anything else except what they watch every week, degrading or trying to with those that choose to watch other promotions besides just maybe one or two. As time goes on, you can say there is a worst type of person but if we didn't have those types of people, then we wouldn't have conversations or even boards that people can come on and say what they feel, I know I don't have to like what people say, and no one has to like what I say but that's why you stick up and fight for what you feel are the rights and wrongs of the business, even if some have a one track mind, plus we all can be our own worst person and not even realize it. There's always going to be a struggle within from the people who have grown to know what they watched from the old generation to the current generation. As long as wrestling is around, there's always going to be a conflict of interest. |

But if something in the past was clearly better, then it seems illogical to not want to revisit that. As for "I want Rock and Austin not Cena" type stuff, yeah that pisses me off too but I've always thought most attitude proponents want a more gritty type product rather than what we see now. They don't so much want it to be identical as they want the old attitude and the writing and style that went with it. And I agree with those types. |
