Memory is a tricky thing in that it can make you think that you enjoyed something a lot more than you did at the time. So I'm going to limit my answer to the best entrances of right now. ![]() My top 4 are: The Undertaker --Undertaker's entrance is spellbinding. People always say it's something you got to see live, but it comes across just as great on TV. The lights dim, that mystic fog shows up, the cool gong sounds, fire rises from the stage set up. When you see Taker coming out, it's through the fog, fire, and dim lights. It creates a mystique about his entrance and about himself. It may be a smoke-and-mirrors affect, but it is a damn good one. It's a great entrance that is currently second to none. Triple H --Just like Undertaker's entrance, Triple H's entrance is another total-package entrance. There is not one thing about Triple H's entrance that stands out that makes it great, but when you look at everything together then it is great. His music hits, the lights go down, Triple H comes out with his head bowed, flexing his muscular physique. He looks up to a huge pop and slowly walks down the ring. He slides up on the side of the apron, facing the hard camera, takes a drink of his water, and does his custom "spitting out the water while doing that cool pose" thing that only Triple H can pull off. Very cool entrance. Kurt Angle --The only cool TNA entrance in the entire company, and I might just be saying this because I am a fucking Kurt Angle mark. His entrance is low-tech and low-funded compared to WWE's entrances, but it's still very cool. It starts out with that cool "Doon" noise (which I cannot replicate with spelling), and then we shoot to a screen of Angle posing in the ring doing a very cool water spitting over his mouth guard while shaking his head pose. Then we see Angle rise from beneath the stage with a light shining directly on him. It's a great entrance, even for a low-tech one. Randy Orton --This is a new one to my list and I only started considering it a stand out entrance over the past few weeks. It's that very cold stare Orton does while walking to the ring. It's very fitting to his character. It's much better than when he would come out and do his pose right off the bat. |

Ring Of Jankowski's Honor

Bryan Danielson has the best entrance in pro wrestling for me and it just has a special place for me. I mean the lights go out, the banging of the bleachers and guard rails begin the whole crowd singing the lyrics to the song and beating the bleachers to back round music, and when the final countdown part happens the whole crowd says it super loud at the same time its just a woah moment in wrestling you do not get any where else. |

If it were in a arena with more then 5 people, it probably wouldn't seem as special, cause it would be very very quiet. Undertaker gets the nod, with Triple H as a close 2nd. |

Well at the Philadelphia venue I go to they don't serve alcohol since it is a national guard armory, but at all the non armory venues they wrestle at I heard the price of beer is five dollars per cup. |

5 bucks? Eh, still less than Yankee Stadium.
Anyway, some of my favorites include: The Undertaker: I mean, come on, believable or not, it's damn cool. Especially the way it is able to evolve for larger PPV's like WrestleMania. It steals the show every time. I also really liked Jericho's entrances from a few years ago when he had the second of his four "countdown" images (the one that was in blue and actually showed more than just the seconds). I would love how the arena always got dark and got those shots of him with his arms out, especially as champ. I thought it just worked best with that background. Oh, and Edge's "Never Gonna Stop" entrances were also the 1337. I know this is being a little too specific, but I loved both Rock's and Austin's entrances at WrestleMania X-7. They were no-nonsense, and built the foundation for the energy the match showed throughout. I can't think of many other entrances that did such thing. |

No Alchol? At an ROH show? My lord. As I was saying earlier. I don't really think Trips is a close 2nd. But he is 2nd. Undertaker is a ways ahead though. |

It's a fabulous new day, yes it is!

Current: Shawn Michaels Chris Jericho Undertaker Going back to older entrances, I always thought Sandman's entrance back in the original ECW was awesome. Austin had some badass entrances when he came with the truck back in the day... |
