I wonder if Orton will end up leading the faction of Team Priceless and Afa as a 2nd gen stable?

I said that already MY.

That would be a good way to get Orton back on screen without having him wrestle just yet. Plus, it would help get over the new guys.

Is it me or was Orton's speach half decent. A Randy Orton with good mic skills= one of the greatest ever.

I don't think Orton has done enough to be ranked too high on the greatest of all time list. There are so many names ahead of him that he'd be somewhere in the 20s of all time list. But I would agree that Orton is one of the best in WWE right now. Easily top 5 of all brands.

Jeff pinned Kendrick. That was the first fall.

Kendrick pinned Jeff.

MVP enters.

Triple H entered and pinned Kendrick.

Jeff pinned MVP.

Triple H pinned Kendrick.

Jeff Swanton'd Kendrick.

Triple H pinned MVP. They made Jeff Hardy look like a jackass with the ending. Still a good match.

HHH retaining is kind of crap. I like HHH, but he didn't need to retain in that type of match. It could have shaken things up to have MVP or Hardy or whoever win the belt.

Almost guarantees Punk loses...If he retains then what would be the point of the 3 matches?

Yeah, the JR announcement was kinda weird IMO. Well, I'm sure they're counting that Triple H lost it officially during the match. Kind of a cheap way to add him another reign. But whatever.

Most ppvs the second to last match is a divas match. the crowd gets dead during the match leaving them fresh and loud for the main event.

But the WWE title should be after any Diva match. It's suppossed to be WWE's biggest belt.

The World Title is currently WWE's most important belt. Whichever title is on Raw is the top belt of the company.

Lol, owned.

What the fuck did Punk do to have a swerve like this?

Or was it all "part of the plan"?

Ahem...I'm glad to hear about Jericho winning. For me, he's definitely been one of my top three favourites of the year, despite the shaky start earlier on.

Here's hoping the HBK-Jericho feud continues for the belt. :tu:

I wonder how'll WWE will put Orton into the title scene. 'Cause after the attack, I was expecting Orton-Punk for No Mercy for the title, not as a non-title match. Oh well...

Why?

The usual slow match before between the night's two final matches (often the biggest, most important) is intentionally put in there so as a type of intermission.

If you go from AMAZING MATCH(!) to AMAZING MATCH(!), you risk people losing interest or energy or something similiar somewhere in the second one. By putting a match that less people will be interested in in compaison to the other two, it's a chance for the audience to recharge.

It could also be WWE continually testing the waters with women's wrestling since it's something they started to do when women's wrestling really took off during the peak Stratus years.
