STAY HYPED!!!
Hope everyone had an eventful New Year's Eve and has a wonderful New Year's Day. :)

On New Year's Day, we traditionally cook a meal of collard greens, black eyed peas (with ham), and cornbread. Add a bit of white vinegar to the greens, and put the beans on top of the cornbread to soak up that wonderfully hammy juice, and you've got yourself a great meal!

Yep. It's actually a bean, I believe, but for some reason it is called a pea. Did you think it was just the name of a band?

Well, I'd take the band, Black Eyed Peas and shove them into a container full of acid, leave them for a few days and you'll also get a lovely broth to feed your pigs with.

I had Roast beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Roast and mashed potatoes, carrots and sweet peas this year for Dinner. Though I couldn't finish it all due to only getting up half an hour before Dinner.

Ever since I started getting sick after eating lamb I haven't been able to enjoy roasted meals again. Which is a shame, because it use to be one of favourite kind of meals. Anyway...last night I had ham sandwiches with pickle and mustard sauce. :yum:

Anyone set New Year's Resolution?

My resolution is to get out of this knee brace, off desk duty status, and back to my normal job and life. It's a resolution I think I can keep!
