It's a fabulous new day, yes it is!

TNA star Christopher Daniels returned to Ring of Honor last night in Charlotte, NC and challenged Davey Richards to a match. Word at the show was that Daniels has signed on with ROH for a number of dates including the next New York City and Virginia events. The deal is something that was put together just a few days ago.

Daniels cut a promo, saying he has been held back for seven years and now returned to ROH to prove he's the best. No word yet on Daniels' status with TNA but some people in TNA were surprised to see him return at the ROH show.

Anyone thinks he'll leave TNA eventually? If he does, I wouldn't be surprised.

News from the PPV...

- According to WrestlingObserver.com, Cassandro reportedly suffered a broken leg during his match. He still continued with the match.

- Dennis Condrey of the Midnight Express was not at the Big Bang PPV, due to signing with WWE as a trainer.

- The dark match before the PPV featured Grizzly Redwood and The Bravado Brothers defeating Ernie Osyris, Sabre and McKnight

- ROH debuted several new title belt designs, which was an Adam Pearce idea.

- Christopher Daniels returned to the company at the show. The deal was put together just days ago, and Daniels has been announced for the next shows in Virginia and New York. There is no word at this time on his TNA status, but word is that several TNA personalities were surprised when he showed up on the show.

Fucking stoked. Not like TNA was doing much with him, anyways.

I have a good friend that works for Ring of Honor quite regularly. When I logged onto my Facebook page this morning, he wrote something about Daniels jumping from TNA to Ring of Honor. It appears that Chris has left the Impact Zone for now at least. :tu:

According to ProWrestling.net, Christopher Daniels is not finished with TNA. Daniels did return to Ring Of Honor this past Saturday night and will be working some upcoming shows for the promotion, but he is still an active TNA performer. Daniels is scheduled to work a match for ROH on May 7th and May 8th.

In addition to Daniels, TNA stars The Motor City Machine Guns have signed to work on an upcoming ROH card.

Maybe we are about to see some RoH stars going to TNA?

Christopher Daniels was officially released from his TNA contract on Wednesday. He immediately contacted Ring of Honor to set up his surprise return last night.
Donn also posted this news bit within the TNA board, but I figured I would repost it here, as well.

I'm really starting to think about going to that NYC show now if Daniels will be there. I'm not sure if I'll have the money, but seeing Daniels is a really big sell for me. At least he'll be able to do something now.

I was going to go to the VA one but I just didn't......well I couldn't. I'm surprised TNA is letting the Guns go over since ROH hasn't had a good relationship with TNA lately.
