But they usually air a 30 second to 1 minute recap before before the Raw theme hits.

We also watch raw on "the Score" and not the USA network. ECW , for us Canadians is on at i think 2:00 am Saturday morning, the day (night?) after smackdown, which sucks when Smackdown ruins what happened on ECW which is already hard too watch because of its lateness.

Oh, no, we don't have any type of countdown to Raw. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (great show!) comes on before Raw. The most they'll do is air a commercial during SVU (usually 10-15 minutes before Raw) showing a live shot of the Raw crowd and hyping that night's Raw.
