You know those sandwich board things that people put in front of buildings? Or even the "Caution: Slippery" sign that you see in front of spills in buildings? The first image looks like something you'd see on such a sandwich board. So if you are going to use sandwich boards and place them all around, go with the first one. The second one is more of a "stop, let me look at this" kind of thing where it draws you in because it's more visual. So if you are going to hang it up on walls or something or even pass it out as a flier or whatever, I'd go with the second.
