This has definitely been a topic on here before, but I just want to get some feedback. For some time now, I've realized that I need to start working out to get some muscle. It's not that I'm really out of shape, but obviously I'm just one step up from New Noise physique-wise which isn't really something to brag about. There were times when I was younger when I was able to get into sort of a routine when I was living at my uncle's house. He had all the exercise stuff, so I would regularly be in the basement working on the machines. And the biggest thing is that I think I liked the pain it gave me. But today, that's a different story. It's like I know I want to improve my strength, but I almost can't stand the pain of working out. Is there a way around this? Is there something I can do to get away from the lazy mindset? I don't really have much equipment to work out with, but if I can't use dumbbells to my advantage I'm not sure what I can do. |

Last time Kraul worked out was when he waddled on over to the fridge to get another cream puff. |

push ups and sit ups. in droves. Do a lot of wind sprints just to get your wind up, maybe some endurance runs with some jump squats thrown in there. Do pull-ups. etc. |
