Does TDKR need to be marketed a la Inception? Is WB trying to lure those who hate superhero films, yet liked Inception into watching TDKR?
Which makes no sense actually. TDK grossed more than Inception.

Batman Begins did less than half of what Inception made. TDK had a dead actor which drew audiences to watch it.

Yeah, The Dark Knight if nothing over performed due to Heath Ledgers death. Although I think Nolans reputation from his last two films should be enough to bring in a sizeable chunk anyway.

Well Catwoman is suppose to be a cat burglar, right? It's probably just an early costume from an early score in the film. Much like balaclava Batman in Batman Begins.

I can't say I would have recognised her as Catwomen if you hadn't have said she was. At least it's not Halle Berry

Wonder if Bane breaks his back?

I was thinking about that. Maybe if the back breaking takes place, it's early on in the film, hence Batman "rising" back up to his role again.

1. Why are the Pittsburgh Steelers in my Batman movie?

2. Nolan hasn't learned from the second movie about inaudible voices.

Following the death of District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman assumes responsibility for Dent's crimes in order to protect Dent's reputation and is subsequently hunted by the Gotham City Police Department. Eight years after the events of The Dark Knight, Batman returns to Gotham where he must discover the truth regarding the "enigmatic" Selina Kyle while stopping the villain Bane and his plans to destroy the city

Eight years? Wow that's a big gap. I want to believe Marion Cotillard is Talia al Ghul.

Yeah, I saw that earlier. First the Steelers break into Gotham, now TNA. Maybe I should have gone out for a part!

Months after it was reported that Liam Neeson was seen on the set for The Dark Knight Rises along with rumors that he would be given a small part, Warner Bros. Pictures has officially confirmed his role in Christopher Nolan's next (and final) Batman tale. The confirmation comes way of production notes released for this weekend's Wrath of the Titans.

Here's the production note for Neeson in which it was officially confirmed by the studio:

LIAM NEESON (Zeus) is an award-winning actor who has been internationally recognized for his work in both major studio blockbusters and acclaimed independent features. ...

Neeson next appears in Peter Berg's actioner "Battleship," and he also will be seen in Christopher Nolan's much-anticipated action thriller "The Dark Knight Rises."

Sadly, that's the ONE gimmick absent from Batman's rogues gallery. There isn't a pimp character. Got just about everything except that.

But the live-action film don't even use all of the villains. Just the more popular ones. But a pimp character could work in the comics since most comic-book fans will eat up almost anything superhero-related that is tossed in their faces.
