In my country, TDKR fears Brave. ![]() For those who don't wanna read a spanish page, TDKR premieres in LatinAmerica on July 26. That was decided a year ago after Brave's LA premiere was scheduled on July 19. I hope I can get a screener for TDKR (assuming it gets screened a week before TDKR's LatinAmerican's release date). If not, I guess I'll pay for it. |

The Man. Any Questions?
|
Been seeing the commercials. Looks very underwhelming. Catwoman? And the worst looking Bane in the history of Batman. |

I didn't say hate, Professor Purps. But compared to the first two, this doesn't look like much. And I can't be the only one that feels that way. And at the end of the day, I'll still watch it when it comes out on bluray. Like everyone else. But like I said, it doesn't look to be as good as the first or second. |

The whole point of promotional material is to judge whether or not you want to see a movie. |

I'm fine with the design, I'll agree if we're talking about size. But Tom Hardy seems like a good actor from the two movies I've seen of his. Maybe he can pull it off despite the size. |

I wonder how SRP76 would feel about Hardy being Mad Max in the fourth Mad Max film. ![]() But in all seriousness, I thought Hardy was great on Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy despite the film not being all that great. |

Just got back from watching this movie. Damn, it was a long movie. My ass started to hurt from sitting so long. ![]() I liked it and thought it was a good ending to the trilogy. Also, you may be surprised at how little Batman was actually in this movie. Bruce was all over it, but Batman had a couple of key appearances. Also, Anne Hathaway wore the shit out of that Catwoman suit. |

The Man. Any Questions?

Sorry so late, but... If it truly is Fury Road, I'll overlook the casting. But if we're talking reboot #12,344,879, then yeah, I'll be open about how I oppose that. |

Prequel? Fury Road was sopposed to be Mad Max IV. Sequel, not prequel. Now I'm confused... |

I guess they had to go with prequel because Mel Gibson is too old for playing Mad Max right now. I think Gibson also lost interest after the lengthy delay in making MM4. |

Either that, or Mel gave up after the sorry trainwreck that Beyond Thunderdome was.

Saw the movie twice. It was solid, and it had a good ending for the Trilogy, but it also had a lot of massive flaws. |

Really enjoyed the movie. The weakest of the trilogy and somewhat flawed, but still really liked it. I couldn't help but lol every time Bane spoke though. He sounded like a strange mix of Sean Connery, Darth Vader and this guy...![]()

I don't know if I can rank between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. I love both of those movies for different reasons. Rises was probably just a slight notch below the two. |

For me, Batman Begins is an easier movie to just sit down, relax and watch, but overall I think Dark Knight is the better of the two. While still a cool film, the lazy plot turns put Dark Knight Rises in a resounding third place. It's definitely a worthy end to the trilogy, though. I do hope we get a Nightwing film out of this. |
