It's being reported that while Michael Hayes worked last week's Superstars show as a manager for Tyson Kidd, word has also been making the rounds that WWE might be interested in using Arn Anderson in a managerial capacity. No word at this time as to who Anderson might be managing.

I love the idea of the WWE bring back the manager. They have been several guys through the years that could have greatly benefited from having a manager...Shelton Benjamin comes to mind first. I never understood why they disappeared. SO, if Michael Hayes is managing Tyson Kidd and Arn Anderson is going to manage too, who do you think they should manage? Who else should be brought in as a manager? Who would benefit most from a manager?

Right now, I think Drew McIntyre and Michael McGillicutty would both be ideal guys that could do a lot with the right manager. I wouldn't mind seeing Arn put together a Horsemen type faction (not the horsemen, but a heel group). He could be the mentor and mouthpiece of some young talent and help build them up.

With the right manager, Khali could have been the monster WWE always wanted him to be. But his current manager sucks and he sucks too. But a guy like Bobby "The Brain" or Jimmy Hart could have made him a money maker.

I like the idea of managers returning as long as they are charismatic managers. Some guys are great talkers but bad wrestlers. Some guys are great wrestlers but bad wrestlers. Pair those guys up and it's magic. But WWE could very well pair a bad talker with a bad wrestler and give us more Khali types.

So, yeah, I'll reserve my opinion until I see it in action.

As far as who could benefit from a manager, I think Kharma would obviously be great with a manager, but she should be part of a stable (like the Hennen Family not like Evololution/NWO/Fortune,etc). I also think Ted DiBiase would benefit greatly from a manager. Cody Rhodes could use one as well, even though he has decent mic skills. Sin Cara could also use a manager since I don't think he can speak English very well.

I was going to say Cole/Swagger would've made a great pairing, but that got blown to hell last week. Still, Swagger could definitely use a proper manager to help get him over.

3. Tyson Kidd (w/Armando Estrada) defeated Trent Barreta in 9:21. Last week Hayes was an "advisor" and now apparently Estrada is a "mentor". Maybe after a few more managers, WWE will actually let their announcers call them such.

That's from the recap of Superstars over at PW.net. Is Tyson's gimmick that he's looking for a manager? Or did it just not work out with Dox Hendrix?

Yeah, but the question is is it a one week gig or is it permanent. If Kidd has another manager next week, then it seems like they're doing the "no one is working out for me" storyline.

Also, I wish they were doing this on Raw instead of Superstars. Tyson Kidd is a good mid card performer. I'd rather see him than Kofi, honestly. And I'd definitely rather see Tyson rather than Swagger. So, yeah, put Swagger on Superstars and Tyson on Raw.
