Blessing in disguise? Miz went from main eventing to feuding with Alex Riley. Time off for a minor injury could improve his stock when he returns since he'll seem fresh again. Assuming he misses any significant amount of time, that is. He could be back next week or miss absolutely no time. |

Miz is an established star. It doesn't hurt him in the slightest by elevating Alex Riley. Wins and losses are not the be all-end all of Pro-Wrestling. |

I don't care about wins and losses. I usually cannot remember who has won or lost most matches without looking them up. It's just not important. But I don't think Alex Riley should be having a long feud with Miz either. Miz has just broken into the main event scene. His first WWE Title reign has finally come to an end and all the rematches have stopped. It's now time to see what WWE does with him without the belt. Having him feud with his lackey looks more like a step down for Miz than a step up for Alex Riley. Alex Riley has never done anything to make you think he has breakout written on him. He's only ever been a lackey. This feud is going to hurt Miz's image more than help Alex Riley. Of course, it doesn't help any that I fully expect Alex Riley to fail on his own. |

The Man. Any Questions?
|
Then why do so many people piss and moan about "burials" if someone loses a match to Triple H? So Miz wasn't injured, then? |
