The Man. Any Questions?
|
Dammit all! I have an NES emulator, and I've been playing the 1987 classic, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! I walked all over my first 7 opponents, but Jesus Jumping Christ on a pogo stick, I can't get by Soda!! For some reason, his timing is slightly "off", and I end up eating punches left and right. He knocked my Little Mac ass out not once, but twice. I'm REALLY frustrated! |

I was thinking about buying that game on Wii's Virtual Console. Only, they don't have Mike Tyson's Punch Out. They have Punch Out with Mr. Dream, which is the generic version of Mike Tyson they created after they lost the licenses to use Mike Tyson (I believe). But then I looked at Super Punch Out for SNES, which is a game we had when I was growing up and decided I probably want that one more. I need to buy Wii points first though. |

Oh, Super Punch-Out!! is THE SHIT!!!! Narciss Prince. Knock him dowmn, and he squeals like a woman. "Ahh-HOWWW!" AWESOME! To be honest, I'd get both, if I were you, though. If you have a Wii "card". Edited by SRP76, Jul 25 2011, 02:50 AM.

I thought you said you had to buy some kind of credit card with "points" on it, or something. Regardless, get both Punch-Out!!s. They're both a ton of fun. Edited by SRP76, Jul 25 2011, 03:44 AM.

Oh, you are talking about a Point card. It's not a requirement. I can buy points directly off the Wii. I just prefer to buy a Wii Point card instead. Is both Punch Outs worth having, though? Aren't they basically the same game? |

No moreso than, say, Super Mario Brothesr 3 and Super Mario World being the same game. It's the same premise, but the play is altered a bit, and, more importantly, you have a different lineup of boxers, with different fighting patterns. |
