Who's Next For The Miz?

The Awesome One has taken out two WWE Superstars in two weeks, and he says he's just getting started. Who could his next target be?

LOP

-- Kevin Nash stated this evening on Twitter that he's packing his wrestling gear for tomorrow night's Raw SuperShow in Tampa, Florida.

He wrote, "Made up my mind, packing my wresteling gear. Someones getting a beat down in Tampa tomorrow night on Raw."

As of Saturday, both Nash and Triple H were scheduled for the event. The official website for the St. Pete Times Forum removed Triple H from advertising today after he had been scheduled for the show.

So I take it Triple H is going to be a "surprise" return then? It's time for Triple H to return, now that The Rock is gone and all. That's why he left, wasn't it?

I think Punk was telling Bourne about the Straight Edge Lifestyle.

Kane is definitely coming back with his mask, right? They showed him putting the mask on this week and showed an up close shot of his eye in the mask. I wish they'd have gone back to his first mask and not his "Batman" mask.

Sledgehammer on a pole match. Yup, that's gonna sell some PPVs! Stupid stipulation aside, I'm not sure if I understand the rules of the match. Can only the person that gets the sledgehammer use it in the match? Or can both guys use the sledgehammer when it is finally retrieved?

Is John Cena standing up for Zach Ryder suppose to get Ryder over or is it suppose to make Cena appear more likeable for pulling for the underdog? Seems like Ryder wasn't very over tonight. I'll be glad when this "experiment" is over. Kudos for him for getting himself over, but Ryder is so damn annoying. He's doing everything Robbie E has done in TNA before him, and I don't see anyone praising that act either.

John Cena vs Ryder with the winner getting a title shot at their respective Title. Cena beats Ryder because he didn't want to give up a shot at the WWE Title. Then he turns around and immediately gives up his WWE Title shot so that Ryder can have the opportunity to maybe get another title shot?

WWE has been hotshoting the WWE Title seemingly every month, but I don't think a Title change is happening at TLC. I would love it if Punk went into WM as the defending WWE Champion, but I definitely see him coming out of TLC as the retaining WWE Champion.

I kinda liked Cena standing up for Ryder since it came out very genuine.

Not many times does Cena not sound generic and this time it almost felt that it came from the heart (it seems he has been taking lessons from HBK).

Well The John vs John confrontation at least. The rest of his speech was as generic/stale as it's always been.

I was surprised that HHH did not came back during the Nash match. I mean now they only got one raw left for him to come back.

HHH really is getting lazy when it comes to wrestling.

So 5 times per year is Hunter's max now?

Ryder's better than Cody Rhodes.

You just need to buy yourself that wig-and-shades combo, that'll set you right.

I think Cena is trying to get the rub from Ryder. He is hoping that all the things he does that help Ryder out will make the people booing him cheer him.

WWE's December 5th RAW Supershow from Tampa, FL drew a 2.97 cable rating and averaged 4,352,000 viewers. This is down form last week's 3.23 (4,483,000 viewers) and RAW's 2nd lowest rating in the past 10 weeks.

Once again - the trend of RAW losing viewers in hour two continued, with hourly ratings of 3.02 and 2.91. RAW lost approximately 100,000 viewers in hour two.

The NFL Monday Night Football game between the Chargers and Jaguars did not do a great rating, so the competition on cable was not too bad this week.

Ryder is nowhere in Cody's league. Cody is a legitimate Champion. Ryder is a comedy act. End of story

I thought that RAW was definitely one of the better RAWs of late. The whole show was awesome. I'f i get time when i'm not so drunk i'll post my thoughts a bit more.

But yeah...
Best Parts - Punk being as awesome as always and like it or not, is the new Stone Cold...Ryder getting an extra opportunity cause Ryder/Ziggler is 1000 times better than seeing Cena try to out wrasstle the 3 best guys WWE has to offer right now.

Speaking of which, what the fuck is Cena going to do now? He'll probably get himself put in that title match somehow and ruin what could be match of the past 2 years...or he will..uummm...uhhh....no that's about all Cena's going to be doing.

You're too stodgy. "Comedy act". What's wrong with that? Entertainment is loaded with comedy acts. Jerry Lewis didn't suck because he did comedy instead of Hamlet. Or any one of a hundred other guys.

Zack Ryder entertains the audience. That's the whole job, and he's doing it. What's the bad part?

Cybrus doesn't find him entertaining. True that Ryder is over with the crowds at the moment, but not everybody has to like/love him.

I'm assuming wrestling news sites will start posting "Punk Can't Draw as Champion" soon.

Punk was only in 1 segment this week. I'd be interested in seeing what that 1 segment drew. He's one of the most popular guys on the roster.

The site I been on have already done that since summer bro  .

Anyways Cybrus relax. If Ryder is flash in the pan we'll find out eventually. You don't need to be all frustrated about him.

It's not like he's ME or anything.

Not sure how I missed this earlier, but I'll explain.

A comedy act in wrestling is bad for the simple fact that it is extremely short term. I've given these examples in the past, but go back and look at names like Eugene, Santino, or even the Oddities from years back. All these were comedy acts that served as a quick "Feel good moment" for a crowd. They got a great big crowd reaction, but their popularity faded very quickly. It's a flash in the pan. It won't last.

Now, if Ryder is a good talent then he'll use this wave of popularity to transform himself past just a goofy comedy act and actually build character and credibility. However, he isn't doing this. He's just riding his popularity and it will fade. In a few months, Ryder will be right back to where he started: Not being on TV.
