"Kraul" is a corruption of an old username I had back in late 2002, "Crawl" - which I originally picked up from the Pauly Shore movie Son-In-Law. I don't remember why I changed it to the odd spelling it is now (I do remember Cybrus, then 'Dallas', hazing me a bit over the name 'Crawl', though). 2. What's your strangest talent? Apparently I'm really good with impressions, or at least exaggerated ones (exaggerated for comedic effect). One impression of my boss became so popular that at least half the people at my job now have an impression of her themselves, based off of mine. 3. Do you have any strange phobias? 4. What was the last lie you told? When asked why I have no interest in pursuing a romantic relationship or even casual sex, I simplified my answer - more or less saying that I'm just not interested. When in truth, the real answer is much deeper. In short: too many reasons to not want to be close to anyone. 5. When was the last time you told someone you love them? Who was it? March 2011. A once best friend of mine towards the end of our friendship (I miss her but I know it's best we don't try again). 6. Do you believe in karma? No. 7. What is your biggest “what if”? What if I hadn't let some challenges half a lifetime ago get to me like I did... 8. What is your biggest fear in life? That I'll die with a life that was utterly unfulfilled creatively and emotionally. 9. What is the single best decision you have made in your life so far? Not to commit suicide? Time will tell. 10. Are you happy with the person you've become? Oh my, no. 11. Are you the kind of person you would want as a friend? I would be/am a very frustrating friend to have so probably not. 12. Where is your best friend right now? I like to think that I'm in-between best friends at the moment. No, I'm not typing this post-threesome. 13. If you were to end up on your death bed tomorrow, would you feel satisfied with the life you've lived? Clearly not. II. Random 14. Do you believe in ghosts? I used to. Now, I don't think I do...but I'm open to it, especially after some of the stuff I've experienced. 15. When you take a big sniff of the air right now, what do you smell? A need for a shower... ugh. And barbecue chips. 16. What was the last movie you saw? All the way through: Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark Partially: Fantasia 17. What was the last book you read? 'Body By Design: The Complete 12-Week Plan to Transform Your Body Forever' by Kris Gethin. I, uh, had no follow through... 18. Open the book or magazine nearest to you, turn to page 15, type out line 10. I did not realize when I posted this that there is no book near me with at least 15 pages. Just video game manuals. 19. Excluding 6SW, what five websites do you visit the most? Facebook Google YouTube Cracked Penny-Arcade's message board lately (lurking) 20. What is the 9th website in your bookmarks, if read from top to bottom? If not counting inside folders: One Hour Tees If counting inside folders: some site about calories in milk 21. What song(s) always make you feel good when hearing it? Pretty much any popular hit song from the mid to late 90s. Also, "Canon In D" and that Celtic Panpipes "Ride On" song. Connie Talbot's cover of "Imagine" is one. Also that Hawaiian guy with the long name's version of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow/What A Wonderful World". 22. What song(s) do you often listen to when you feel down? A lot of movie soundtrack stuff. Depending on the exact mood, maybe "Tears In Heaven" by Eric Clapton or "Hurt" by Johnny Cash if I'm feeling really depressed. 23. Do you have a celebrity crush? Who? At the moment, not really. Porcelain Black was growing on me but then I found out it was partially based on a lie (longish story ). 24. If you could meet anyone on Earth, who would it be? The one, and I'm not talking Neo or Frodo. If it was someone from any time period, then I'd choose Jim Morrison or Socrates. 25. What is your favorite curse word? Fuck. I like to abuse it. I also like the word cunt because it holds a level of power here in the U.S. that I find hilarious (and effective). 26. If you are outside, what are you most likely doing? Spending an hour walking somewhere. I don't have a car anymore and it takes me almost an hour or more to get to anywhere worth going to in this town if I'm on foot. III. Scenarios 27. You are given the opportunity to re-live any one day from your lifetime once, without the ability to change anything. What day would you choose? September 25th, 2010 I think was the day. My friend and I hanging out in a city far away from here with these two girls that were friends. First day our two sides met. Saw my first indy wrestling show. Was able to get into the ring and also get to help take it apart. Later that night got alone time with the girl I paired with... it was a good night. 28. You are given the opportunity to change one decision from your past only once (meaning you have to live with the consequences). Do you take it? What decision do you change? If I'm depressed, I might say something like not survive the car accident when I was 2... but if I'm not, then I'd say the opposite and that's to keep my chin up and work hard when I was 12 rather than give up like I did. 29. I have had different explanations over the years, but I have long since forgotten the true origin of my name. 2. What's your strangest talent? I honestly cannot think of any talents that I have, never mind any strange ones. 3. Do you have any strange phobias? I don't know if it's strange, but I have a phobia towards dead bodies. I cannot be near a dead body. I cannot go to an open casket funeral. When I go to any funeral, even when the casket is closed, I try to sit as far back as possible. I was a paul bearer for my grandmother's funeral. Worst day of my life. 4. What was the last lie you told? I was scheduled to be off work on Wednesday night. The other person that works in my area had called out, so they called me to ask if I wanted to come in. They couldn't make me come in since I was scheduled off. They were simply offering. I could have just said no and hung up. But I felt weird about just saying no, so I gave an excuse for why I couldn't come in. 5. When was the last time you told someone you love them? Who was it? My mom, just earlier today. 6. Do you believe in karma? Nope. 7. What is your biggest “what if”? What if I had been more bold and confident in my choices. That applies to pretty much a lot of my life, but it's the same root problem. 8. What is your biggest fear in life? Currently: My parents dying. My dad's dad died of lung cancer when he was close to my dad's age. My grandmother died of heart complications when she was close to my dad's age. Now that my dad is around that age, I worry very much about him passing. My mom is 8 years younger than my dad, but she has a list of medical problems that make me worry as well. 9. What is the single best decision you have made in your life so far? I dunno. I don't think I can think of anything that stands out as the best decision.
