Overachievers & Underachievers

This thread is much in the same vein as another game we had about whether or not things were "over-rated" or "under-rated", but this is a bit different. It's almost a combination of that general idea and the HoF or Not thread.

First, I will name a wrestling personality - it doesn't have to be an in-ring competitor, but it does have to be somebody from the professional wrestling world.

The next poster will say whether they consider that person to be an overachiever, an underachiever, or neither if you think they did all that could realistically be expected of them.

Then that poster names another person and the cycle repeats.

This is for professional wrestling personalities only. If it isn't about somebody from the world of pro wrestling, then it is not valid.

With that said, I'll start it off:

Pretty much did all he could do. I really like Goldberg, wish he would return.

Underachiever.

He seems to have similar athletic potential of a Kurt Angle or Brock Lesnar type, but doesn't stand out in the ring whatsoever. He has charisma but has utterly failed to have it blossom and flourish from it. He has size that could give him opportunities that many others have to work harder to get, if they ever get them at all, and yet he manages to come off as utterly generic. He was given a chance to run as World champ and dropped the ball completely, somehow becoming even more part of the background while he was champion. Jack Swagger should be so much more successful than he is... but he has failed to live up to the potential.

Big Show
I totally agree with the Swagger thing. His look, his persona and his moveset are all sweet. But he just doesn't captivate the audience and i really find it hard to explain why. I guess it's the generic look/All american gimmick or whatever, or maybe it was his run in WWECW? I don't know, but i like him and he deserves better than to be Vickies second best.

As to Big Slow. Way Overacheiver.
I have never been able to get into him. I mean yes he is larger than life and yes on and off screen he is a friendly giant (probably why i could never take him seriously as a heel) I would much rather see Big Show being a manager in a heel type roll than see him roll around on the floor or bump bellies with someone who is as big as him.
