STAY HYPED!!!
I've been using Netflix for a few weeks now, and as I expected I'm averaging 2 movie rentals a week. Today, I got my first bad disc from Neflix. I have the "Tin Man" DVD (the Wizard of Oz remake that aired on Syfy) and it was cracked. I put it in my DVD player and it automatically started at like 35 minutes into the show. It wouldn't let me go to the menu screen or skip back either. So I filled out a problem report at netflix.com and they instantly started shipping me a replacement disc. I do have to return the damaged disc, but there is no charge to me and no questions about it possibly being my fault. It wasn't my fault, but it's nice that I didn't have to offer any kind of proof or pay any extra charges. :)

I checked my email and saw a new email from Netflix about the damaged disc I reported. I was expecting some kind of formal letter telling me how to send my disc back or anything of the sort. Instead, I read something that made me laugh for real
