Although the two have like 6 billion matches with each other, that Dolph/Kofi match was sweet. No reason why both should continue jobbing out. If and when Dolph cashes in and becomes the WWE Champion, I want Kofi to be the one to take the title off of him. These two have been going at it for so many years, it's high time the company elevate them both. Edited by Lionheart, Sep 25 2012, 12:42 AM.

I really don't understand some of these "you have to beat Cena" promos, Punk has beaten Cena plenty of times. When will it be enough? What more does Punk have to do to prove himself? |

Well, if you want to get technical, Punk has yet to have an actual decisive win over Cena. Yeah, he's 4-0 with Cena in all the PPV bouts, but each and everyone had a screwy finish. That, and to be frank, there's literally no one else for Punk to feud against with Jericho taking another extended leave and Orton being used as the back up face on SD! |

I almost feel like they're teasing a turn for Punk for wwe 13. It's not often you see a heel on the front cover of these games. |

Wow, Ryback's push seems even faster than Sheamus' initial push a few years back... |

Also glad to see Big Show back. I was really not looking forward to Brodus Clay vs Tensai... Also, also: Love the pairing of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. I recall them teaming up a month or two back and I'm glad to see wwe following up here. Slowly but surely, the tag team division is becoming exciting again. Yeah, that's a good name for a tag team...but only if they use it as Rhodes Scholars and not "Team Rhodes Scholars" as Cody said. I still think Anger Management would have been the best name for Bryan/Kane. Is anyone else ready for these 3 hours to end? They had to use CM Punk 4 times last night and put him in 4 storylines. That's insane. First he opened with AJ, then he knocked it out of the park with Foley, then he was with Cena, and ended with him looking afraid of Ryback. I like Punk, but that's borderline overexposure. I'm not sure what Ryback's purpose was unless he's the backup for Cena if Cena cannot make it to HIAC. I thought they were setting Foley up as the backup, but guess not. Speaking of Ryback, I had him pegged as the next IC Champion. Not sure what they are doing with him and Punk. Punk needs to kill him if they face off, but that would damage Ryback's character-to-date. Jerry Lawler sounded horrible, which is understandable I guess. I cannot believe WWE filmed everything about Jerry almost dying. What the hell were they going to do with that footage if he died? What are they going to do with it now that he's survived? After hearing Lawler, I think it'll be another month before he comes back, at the earliest. But I could just as easily see them waiting until Royal Rumble to bring him back. Big Show's return was odd to me. What was the point of him coming out just to interrupt a match and leave? He kind of has a storyline feud with Brodus Clay, but they never do anything with it. Now he's facing Orton on Friday. It just seems like they are random with Show now that he's not feuding with Cena. I guess that theory of him being added as a "heyman guy" is gone? A diva's "Who done it" storyline? I thought Beth Phoenix was going to be jobbed out since she is apparently leaving the company. |
