PWInsider reports that NXT star CJ Parker requested his release, which was granted last Saturday.

PWInsider noted that the release was amicable, and WWE allowed Parker to work last weekend's AXXESS events.
Dude wasn't ever going to amount to anything, anyway.

CJ Parker was a guy on NXT. He had a horrible neckbeard and nasty looking dreadlocks. His gimmick was to save the planet. He'd often be seen in the crowd with signs that said "There is no Planet B" and other signs that support the earth.

His current role was basically to make indy talent look good. When Kevin Owens debuted, it was CJ Parker that took the first fall. When Solomon Crowe debuted, it was CJ Parker.

Personally, I never liked CJ Parker and am glad to hear he's gone.

WWE announced the following:

"WWE has released Zahra Schreiber due to inappropriate and offensive remarks she made that were recently brought to our attention."

Zahra is the girlfriend to WWE World Heavyweight Champion and United States Champion Seth Rollins, the same NXT Diva involved in the nude photo scandal in February.

She was in the news this weekend due to controversial swastika photos and comments that fans uncovered that she had previously deleted from social media. This is why she has been released. She just debuted as the "sister" of Solomon Crowe this weekend at a NXT live event.

Good riddance. Schreiber seems like a horrible person. Honestly, I think a bit less about Seth Rollins because he's currently dating her.

Zahra Schreiber can be summed up in 3 words: boobs, adultery and Nazism. :uhoh:

If Rollins defends her for this recent issue, that's another story.

You are VERY quick to judge people, I've noticed. Hate works two ways, you know.

1) It is very possible that Seth Rollins knew nothing about any of this. People hide things from their significant other, especially if it is something embarrassing from their past.

2) Just because she has swastika memorabilia doesn't mean she's racist. Collecting just to own is a possibility. Plus, a lot of people still try to hold onto the meaning of the symbol that it had prior to Hitler.

I think moments like this or the Hogan scandal where people see one snippet and are quick to judge and quick to demand a person lose their job and have their livelihood taken away shows more judgement and hate than the original offense. But I guess it is ok to hate as long as you are with the right group of haters? Yeah.

NXT interviewer Devin Taylor was from her WWE contract this week, according to a report by Ryan Satin over at Pro Wrestling Sheet. Her Diva profile has already been removed from WWE.com.

Taylor had been with WWE since 2013 and wrestled occasional matches while serving as a backstage correspondent.

WWE has also released Cal Bishop, who wrestled a few times for NXT. His Superstar profile has also been removed from the WWE website.

No word yet on why they were released or what’s next for them.

I must have missed this. I am probably one of the least judgmental people I know, so I don't know where you're getting that from besides this one particular instance.

I have virtually no tolerance for racism. Zahra Schreiber posted racist material on her social media accounts. Beyond the swastika images, Schreiber also uploaded a photo to her Instagram account of a My Little Pony character dressed as Hitler. If you've seen that, I don't know how you can continue defending her use of the swastika. As far as I'm concerned, she's scum.

Anyway...

Monty "Kip" Sopp, better known as Billy Gunn, was fired today as a trainer by WWE due to testing positive for elevated levels of testosterone in a powerlifting meet from July 25.

Gunn's drug test at the meet came up with a 37-1 testosterone/epitestosterone ratio, well over the 4-1 limit, and he was suspended from powerlifting for four years.

Billy Gunn, 52, had returned to WWE as a trainer in 2012 after several years away from the organization. He worked as an agent and a trainer, and had a New Age Outlaws nostalgia run in recent years, winning the tag team titles with Road Dogg in early 2013.

He had done occasional run-ins at the end of some NXT shows with he and the babyface wrestlers ending shows doing DX crotch chops. Most recently, he had appeared on television as one of the trainers on Tough Enough and Breaking Ground.

WWE officials were not aware of him competing as a powerlifter until a few weeks ago or his suspension from that sport.

There is a difference between being racist and owning memorabilia. Finding the subject fascinating (because it is a hell of a story with heaps of history that you could study for years) or owning memorabilia with such images does not automatically make one racist. It was definitely unwise for a public figure to post such images publicly since, as shown even in this conversation, people are very quick to pass judgement even without having any context.

Yeah, but there is a difference between simply owning memorabilia and then also posting caricatures of Adolf Hitler. See the correlation?

I see absolutely nothing that proves she is racist. Tweets about girls acting like whores isn't racism, unless the one "black girl's face" comment is suppose to be the silver bullet? As far as the pony pic (again), as I have already said having a fascination for something isn't racism. It is poor taste, compounded by the fact that she is a public figure, but it isn't racist. Now, show me an example of her actually doing or saying something racist and I may change my mind. As I see it, you're rushing to judge based on images you don't like and you yourself are probably taking out of context.

How is the "black girl's face" comment not racist? It would be one thing if Zahra just said that, but coupled with the swastika and Hitler imagery posted on her Instagram page, these things certainly don't make her look like a very good person.

Even if Cybrus doesn't think much about the racism behind Zahra (there's a slight possibility that she could like collecting Swastika from a memorabilia standpoint, but I doubt it), the tweets still make her look like she's your standard douchebag girl.

And Kame, if you want to think less of Rollins, the better way to phrase it would be due to him cheating on women rather than "dating a racist person".

How is the "black girl's face" comment not racist?
Because it is not. Was she saying it to a black girl? Was she saying it to a white girl? Was she saying it in a joking manner towards her friend without any malice, or was it meant to be discriminatory? There is zero context in that statement, therefore there is absolutely no way to judge it. It seems most people online don't actually understand what racism is. All these social media justice warriors are nothing more than online bullies, which is ironic seeing as how the movement was suppose to be against bullying and hate. But it is not. It is people jumping on anyone that says absolutely anything, usually taking it out of context and usually being very, very wrong about it, and then purposely trying to ruin the person's life over it. That's wrong, and I clearly do not support it.

For what it's worth, WWE NXT Superstar Solomon Crowe has had his profile removed from the official WWE roster page on the WWE website.

According to Google's Cached View, the profile was still live as of Survivor Series Sunday.

There has been no indication that Crowe was released but he tweeted the following on Monday afternoon:

"and the earth stood still......."
If Crowe has indeed been released, WWE really dropped the ball on doing more with him. He's a talented guy with a unique look.

Same here. After all the other indy debuts (Zayn, Owens, Balor) and before others (Apollo, Asuka), Solomon Crowe didn't seem like anything special in comparison.

WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Brad Maddox as of Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015. WWE wishes Maddox the best in all of his future endeavors.

More details about Maddox's release:
PWInsider.com

As we reported earlier, WWE announced the release of Brad Maddox.

According to several sources we have spoken to, Maddox was released due to language he used during a pre-match promo during a dark match at last night's Smackdown taping against R-Truth, specifically the phrase "cocky pr**ks."

We are told that WWE officials, upset with the language, then made the decision to issue Maddox's release.
I might just be the biggest Brad Maddox fan in the world, so this news upsets me quite a bit. Here's hoping TNA or a reputable independent company (e.g. ROH, PWG) gives Maddox a shot. I never saw much of his in-ring work, but I thought that he was gold on the microphone during his run as Raw GM.

WWE has released announcer Rich Brennan. Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that the company informed Brennan that he was being released this afternoon. There’s no word on the reason for his release.

Brennan has been working with WWE since 2014, doing play-by-play for NXT and was eventually pushed to lead announcer on Smackdown. He was moved out of that position after Mauro Ranallo came on board and was transitioned to backstage interviewer.
