Paul London is not in Ring of Honor. He has wrestled a little on the independent scene, primarily for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. Right now, he's suffering from a back injury and he hasn't been in action for about five months. A lot of people believe that he has given up on wrestling for an acting career. Keep your eyes out for him in an upcoming Pizza Hut commercial. No joke. ![]() Anyways, there are rumors going around that Kendrick has already been contacted by TNA. Don't know how true they are, but we'll see if anything develops out of it. "My god, Don! What is That Brian Kendrick doing in the Impact Zone?!" Edited by Kame, Jul 31 2009, 01:23 PM.

|
He had a bad attitude about being a jobber? Hard to imagine. |

Not just a jobber, but a jobber that was doing a good job at ascending the ladder not too long ago. So basically he was both depushed and forced to job. He brought it upon himself, but still...yeah, a real morale booster. |

How did he bring it on himself exactly? They split him from Zeeke and then... |

By repeatedly breaking the rules by refusing to give up his hobby (smoking pot) which is clearly a no-no in WWE, deciding to instead pay the fine to continue to break the rules. That's how he brought on himself. By continuing to break the rules without care, he lost the push he was given and was demoted to a lower midcard talent and jobber position, which eventually degraded into just being straight out fired. The man has had plenty of time to change his ways but refused to, despite obviously being punished in more ways than just a fine, so if he smoked himself out the door, it's his fault. |

But, he was doing the exact same thing while getting his push. They knew he smoked. Why crap on him at the end? |

Maybe they got tired of it in time? Maybe they assumed he'd stop but when he just continued on not caring or changing anything they lost their hope and decided he was a lost cause? Or maybe they lost their faith, like I said, but decided to de-push him to scare him into change, only firing him after he showed no signs of change (losing hope totally by that point). |

Weren't they going to start taking the attention away from referees though? Then again, I guess if there's a section on WWE.com about the refs then they probably aren't going as far as I thought they would. |

I saw this one coming a long time ago. Ortiz was a horrible wrestler and had hardly any charisma. Good move, WWE. |

What the fuck? What could have gone wrong so quickly? Did he fail a test or something, or did he maybe ask to be let go? |

Perhaps he didn't do anything wrong and WWE only brought him back for this one particular segment.

Then that's I wouldn't doubt it if it has more to do with them realizing the character is dead and the audience doesn't care anymore. Instead of repackaging Dinsmore and using his talents, though, they just decided to try his old gimmick, it failed, and then toss him aside. |

God
|
I was a fan of Eugene back in the day (honestly I'd rather see that gimmick than a plain Nick Dinsmore), but even I know a character like that has less shelf life than even someone like Goldust. Makes no sense to bring him back unless it was for a one-time thing. I don't think it was originally planned as such, but I guess they realized how dumb (some pun intended) the idea of bringing the character back was. |

I've always hated the character since he first popped up as Eric's nephew in 2004. I stopped watching WWE for months out of protest that summer. It was a summer where Raw was pretty much entirely about Eugene and the Diva Search. One or the other was involved in practically every segment. What makes the Eugene character worse is that it's supposedly a parody of a fan of their's. Some guy or kid named Eugene (who is legitimately mentally retarded) who comes backstage and such at their shows. Smile to his face, knife in his back I guess. |

I read a report that he was getting fired as a wrestler but getting hired as a trainer in Florida, but that report could bot be confirmed. So, I guess we'll have to wait and see. |

Eugene must have had a horrible reaction in front of the live Raw crowd for the WWE to have released him that quickly. I'm guessing that no one remembered who he was. Man, that must suck for him. |
