Why the fuck aren't we talking about this? This is one of the most obvious conversations to have, isn't it? --- The way I see it, you can have a favourite wrestling move, and you can have a favourite wrestling moveset. My favourite moveset is the DDT: Above all other things, variations upon the DDT are my absolute favourite. The fact that the wrestlers don't break their necks is amazing to me sometimes. Its so 'generic' (in a meritorious sense) such that it can be used in any way at any place. You name it (tilt-a-whirl, apron, spinning, top rope), the DDT has a variety. They all look wonderful, and they never get boring. The DDT is the ultimate wrestling moveset for my viewing pleasure. My favourite move is the Stone Cold Stunner. I don't want to talk about this yet, because I have a feeling that Cybrus will name this move somewhere. I absolutely want to hear from Cybrus before I even think about talking about this move. Your turn. |

Obviously the RKO. It looks good, it comes out of nowhere and Orton delivers it spectacularly. I also loved the Sharpshooter and Carlitos backstabber that Del Rio stole. |

Sharpshooter is cool. But it only seems to be cool when a member of the Hart dynasty does it. When The Rock or some nobody does it, it does not look cool. |

that was a move i borrowed from the world of japanese wrestling. few in north america knew what it was. i introduced it to a whole new audience. AND YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CALL IT LAME? i want to hurt you, 15 shows. maybe if this thread gets a few more replies, then i'll have a few moves to choose from. to hurt you with. to inflict pain with. have a nice day. |

What an awesome thread idea!! My favorite wrestling move has always been the piledriver in just about any form. I can say that the Tombstone is my least favorite but still a good move. I like the old fashion one that Jerry Lawler or Tommy Dreamer likes to use the best. |

Yes, I'm a big fan of that good old fashioned regular piledriver as well.
Thanks friend! |

When performed well, I think the shooting star press is one of the most beautiful moves in wrestling. Paul London's has always made me jump out of my seat. I also really like the Go 2 Sleep and the Busaiku Knee Kick. Paul London's SSP

That's always a good one, the SSP. I liked the way the Swanton Bomb looked when Jeff would get a really good one. Also the Diamond Cutter was always a big favorite of mine. |
