Wrestlers you used to love, but grew to dislike?

I think I've made the opposite of this topic before, or someone else did. It was the first idea I had, but decided that maybe this would mix it up a bit.

There's likely to be countless wrestlers you'll like throughout your fandom, but a little more rare are the ones you start out as a fan of - or even grow to become a fan, and then at some time later on you're opinion flips on them. Perhaps it was a near instant flip, or perhaps it slowly wore on, but I'm sure most fans have had at least one stand out guy that have been this for them.

The two immediate standouts for me are John Cena and The Rock.

I was a big fan of John Cena from very early on, as in when I first saw him on a Discovery Channel(?) documentary chronicling the life of pro wrestlers and his initial days trying out and starting out his career with UPW.

I was on board from then through his heel rapper gimmick, even though I thought the rapping was god awful. But by the time he was feuding with JBL as the emerging babyface sensation, I had already lost interest. I don't know what it was but once the heel persona began to wear off, so did all of my interest in him. The edge was gone, I suppose.

I've always liked what little I've seen of the man, but the on-screen persona is just a channel changer for me.

The Rock is a bit different, but the result isn't too much.

After Stone Cold went out for a year, The Rock became my absolute favorite wrestler... at least until I started getting deep into the midcard, but I was still a big fan of The Rock.

And then when he went off to do Hollywood, something about it just rubbed me the wrong way. I loved his heel persona, but something changed with him going off to do Hollywood movies. Its never been the same for me since and I'm not entirely sure why. I think I just stopped being used to his style, coming to prefer other styles, and when he makes his temporary returns it just falls flat for me. I don't find him particularly entertaining in the ring and his promos are extremely dated and tired for the most part. I suppose I just changed tastes during his absence.

Like Cena, I think the man seems to be awesome, and I even enjoy his movie work, but his wrestling persona does nothing for me. He's not quite a channel changer like Cena, but he definitely doesn't do anything to heighten my interest in anything wrestling-related anymore.

Kame

I used to be a huge Randy Orton mark when I was in my teens. These days, I couldn't care for him any less.
