Stand Back! There's a Hurricane Coming Through
|
We have 18 nominations for induction into the 6SW Hall of Fame. We are going to do this like we do most votes, copy and paste the list adding your vote as we go. Each member of 6 Star gets 2 votes. You have to vote for 2 people. You can not stack both of your votes for the same person. The person with the most votes goes in no matter what. If there is a tie for #1 (unless it is only one vote each) , then all people tied for #1 will go in. It is possible for others to get in if there is a good majority of votes for that person. The numbers will depend on the numbers of members voting. Copy & Paste The List Below! Let The Voting Begin!! Jim Ross Eddie Guerrero Roddy Piper Randy Savage Chris Jericho The Rock Dusty Rhodes Trish Stratus Lou Thesz Mick Foley Edge Mistuharu Misawa Kenta Kobashi Bobby Heenan Vince Mcmahon Hiroshi Tanahashi Andre The Giant Sting |

Tanahashi is the best wrestler I've had the privilege to follow on a regular basis. Edited by NWO, Aug 17 2015, 04:06 AM.

Jim Ross - 1 Eddie Guerrero Roddy Piper Randy Savage Chris Jericho The Rock Dusty Rhodes Trish Stratus Lou Thesz Mick Foley - 1 Edge -1 Mistuharu Misawa - 1 Kenta Kobashi Bobby Heenan Vince Mcmahon - 1 Hiroshi Tanahashi - 1 Andre The Giant Sting Vince McMahon is the reason professional wrestling exists as it does today. There is no one person that has ever had as much influence on the industry than Vince McMahon. People either love his product, or they disagree/dislike it so much that they try to be different from it. Either way, he has and will continue to shape the industry for as long as he is living. Plus, he is a fantastic performer. His best days are behind him and I don't think anyone would want him back as a full time performer, but his rare appearances are usually always a treat. A wrestling HOF without Vince McMahon is a shallow hall of fame indeed. Jim Ross is the greatest voice of professional wrestling. We've all heard the line "(wrestler name) could have a 5 star match with a broomstick". Well, JR could elevate an average match into a great match, and a great match into a fucking classic. Who doesn't remember Jim Ross begging for the match to stop when Undertaker threw Mankind of the top of the HIAC cage? Who doesn't miss "the world is watching!" when Raw opens each week? Commentary has not been anywhere near this level since Jim Ross walked away. |

After 2 weeks of voting, the results are in. I added my votes and came up with the final count and decision. This year's voting leaves us with the HoF class for 2015. Spoiler: click to toggle

Congratulations to Vinnie Mac. I'm surprised that he wasn't inducted into the HOF sooner than this. Without him, who knows where wrestling would be today?
