For this week's episode, they can now write off Ellsworth from SD for quite some time. I'd have him reappear at the Rumble again. Or if WWE uses him soon, I expect him to turn heel on Ambrose, or sets up an Ambrose turn. Carmella dissing Charlotte... Charlotte should squash the fuck out of her at Survivor Series. ![]() Also, I lol'd with the "Member TNA" sign. Natalya as a coach, that's a way to use all 6 SD women wrestlers on tv and at the PPV, in contrast to Raw. Raw has the better female wrestlers, but I think maybe the SD women get the win at SS while Raw gets the tag team victory. Could go either way. Bryan and Miz segment was pretty good. I think he should have announced Baron Corbin last to make Miz angrier, but the segment worked fine anyway. Weird thing is, no Cena or Ziggler in the SS match, even if Ziggler defends his title on the PPV. I hope American Alpha gets a strong crowd reaction next week in Glasgow. UK crowds loved them on the NXT UK tour, so next week would be perfect to make them look great. |

does anyone buy into Randy Orton as a member of the Wyatt Family? Isnt everyone just waiting on that RKO on Bray? |

I don't. It's too simlar to when Bryan joined the Wyatts. I said it the first week too. I don't think he turned heel but was trying to get into Bray's head, and my mind hasn't changed at all. |

I feel apathy for Orton/Bray. I guess the RKO happens at SS to set them fighting at TLC. ![]() With Rhyno now elected as a legislator in Michigan, I guess he'll drop the tag belts at TLC. Also, I guess Ellsworth gets written off at Survivor Series once he gets mauled by Strowman, who will get DQ'd to prevent him from getting pinned. |

Alright let's see: a four man booth is asinine. This is subtraction by addition. I don't think any of the commentary is working with Smackdown. Go back to the two man set up. You can keep Ranallo or Philips but they needs a strong color heel to work with. Adding Shane to the Smackdown! Team seems so much like a Raw thing to do. I fear that this could lead to him being the sole survivor and staring down Lesnar as the show closes. It's a dumpster fire with the CW division as it seems. I don't want them to hot potato it to Kalisto, but they wouldn't make a stipulation like that if they didn't have any intentions of seeing it through*. |

They have 205 Live airing after SD soon, so i expect Kalisto to win and the CW division to come to SD. Good for all involved since the divison is flat on Raw and having their own dedicated show will be good for the division and fans, since this seems like a very ninche division and not one with mass appeal. If super Shane is the first to go over on Braun, i will laugh my tiny white ass off. Raw needs to counter with a 5 man announcer booth. They have an extra hour, they need the extra bodies!!! |

Basic Survivor Series booking says Braun gets dqed or counted out. Also I don't want the CW division on Smackdown. They barely showcase there wrestlers as it is and all their matches are under 5 minutes. Adding the CW division to SD would make it even worse. Raw is 3 hours. Leave em on RAW |

Because they are being handled sooooo well on Raw as it is and get amazing reactions from the crowds being that they're normally the piss break match. But seriously, I do agree. I don't think moving them to SD would work. Even if their overall booking is better, there are weeks where they can get away with not using half their tag teams, half their women, etc., and adding 1-2 CW segments a week makes it even more crammed. They should just leave them on their WWE Network show and that's it. The CW Classic worked because it was produced by WWE but wasn't on actual WWE programming so those who wanted to see it were the ones watching, not those who forget every week they're on the show until they're told "up next...cruiserweights in action!" I don't think they're going to ultimately work no matter which show they're on. The way they produce it reminds me of how they produced ECW in 2006-2007 where they had their own entrance staging, cameras, and lighting, but ultimately it was in the same arena as SD (and you would see the SD stage at times) so it felt cheap instead of different. But also, idk why they think it works as the SmackDown lead-out show in the first place. Talking Smack aside, their idea is for people to watch all of SD and their top stars, and after the main event to switch and watch matches that will generally take place as an opener or mid-card to a Raw or SD show. Anything they do on the show will be anti-climactic. It would make more sense for them to air it before or after NXT like they did with the CW Classic. Then bringing Talking Smack back into it, nobody is going to watch SD, stick around and watch the CW show (which is in the same timeslot as the hour Raw usually tanks), then watch Talking Smack when most people have forgotten/emotions have died down from the show itself. It doesn't make sense. Edited by WWEFootos48, Nov 12 2016, 04:43 PM.

I've actually enjoyed the title program between Kendrick and Perkins. It's the random muti man matches that are hard to get into. |

I like it too because I like both of them a lot but it falls extremely flat. WWE uses too many half-measures. They make the CW division completely different from the rest and go through those measures (different color, logo, ring ropes) but only give them a few minutes per show. Making it a separate entity on the same show should mean they treat it more special, but it doesn't feel that way at all. I was one of the few that liked the Kendrick/Perkins storyline but all the matches on TV came off lifeless and dead (the PPV match was pretty decent) and the announcing treated it as if we didn't understand that Kendrick mentored Perkins and that's the entire point of this. I would LOVE a standalone show like what they're going to do and it could be a more laid-back more comic-like show but they need to be way more careful in making sure they are treated as special if they really want that. So that's why I hope they pull the Cruiserweights off the main shows completely, or at least have the main storyline on there and use the WWE Network show to help promote others' personalities. |

Yeah, the different ropes bullshit didn't fly for me either. I'm okay with it getting its own show and not being on RAW or SD. I wont watch it but at least they'll get something, and maybe they can get a match at either RAW or SD ppvs. I also don't mind it on RAW because the last thing they need is more time to fill. The wrestling is horrible on SD. Bringing in another entire division will only make it worse. |

Ziggler vs Miz is on right now. I'll watch Hour 1 because then I switch to football (Peru vs Brazil). --- Miz vs Zayn for the IC title instead. I think Zayn wins and then the IC and US belts merge. This could also lead to SD getting the Cruiserweight division. Edited by MY85, Nov 16 2016, 01:41 AM.

Some thoughts: In the women's segment involving the SD and Raw ladies, Bayley felt very out of place in the beatdown on Nikki. I may understand brand loyalty, but she's supposed to be the ultimate babyface. WWE could have had her hesistate, then get punched by Carmella and then go against 'Mella. Also, Carmella and the Usos felt like going against character too. ![]() Edge and Undertaker were used to advance the SS story rather than appearing and showing that the past is better than the present. Good. ![]() I think we might get Styles versus Taker for the title at the Rumble. Hope it doesn't set up Taker-Cena for the title at Mania, but it could happen.

So you'd think the big 900th episode of Smackdown would have been better than Raw this week right? Nope. Smackdown was not very good at all. The Miz v Dolph was great but I hate that The Miz won. Dolph v Zaynn would have been great. And now his big No Mercy title win means so much less. The tag clusterfuck was really boring The women's match was as sloppy as any women's match of any Era. The attack made no sense. Why would Bayley join in on 6 on 1 attack??? Becky moved so early when Nia ran into the barricade. Looked dumb. What a mess that was. Cutting Edge was disappointing. All Taker and Edge did was ram Survivor Series down our throat. The one good part though was Undertaker giving the indication that he's back. So we'll see. |

Really intrigued by the Undertaker stuff. Him saying for them to be afraid of him if they lose does give the implication (more so than the rest of his promo which could have meant anything) that he's going to have some big short-term plans on the show. I honestly miss Undertaker being there full-time. His feud against Batista in 2007(??) kept me glued to the TV way more than it should have, and I'm so happy that in hindsight it's acknowledged that SD was led by Edge and Undertaker through a lot of the first brand split. That was continuity lost once the split ended and any big return/appearance was done on Raw.

Smackdown was a very sloppy show this week. I enjoyed the Dolph/Miz match but hated that Miz won the title back...come the fuck on WWE. I like Kalisto and hope he wins at SS. The match he had on SD...eh, was okay. He's better than that tho. Carmella/Nikki was my potty break as I don't care for either. The scuffle between the two brands was okay, I agree with what everyone said about Bayley. But the whole bit didn't impress me. The whole tag team thing was stupid. I don't like messy matches like that. It's pointless! It doesn't make anyone look good at all. Yuck. The Cutting Edge flopped in my opinion. Not enough time left to make it decent. It was rushed and sloppy. Can't do a big segment like that in only 10 minutes when 4 of those minutes goes to Undertaker slowly walking out to the ring. Not good. |

Last Friday, he admitted to officially getting a WWE contract. I still find him to be enjoyable somehow, but he MUST be destroyed by Styles when he gets his title shot. I'd have it happen next week with Ambrose locked inside a cage (see: Paul Ellering in the recent Takeover event) while Styles destroys Ellsworth, blood included. Ellsworth's victories over Styles will likely play into Cena feuding with Styles when Cena returns. I still want Taker vs Styles for WM and Cena vs Ambrose for WM.
