Triple H vs Seth is a WM feud. it will be interesting to see them stretch this out for 7 months. i wonder if seth will ditch the Pedigree. he was "given" that move by triple h. now that triple h has turned on him, will he use something else? |

They could always have Triple H v Seth Rollins in a match called Hell In A Cell in less than 2 months. No? |

well, they could but i feel like they shouldnt. the history between the two and Triple H's status as a "big match part timer" should mean his matches only take place at WM or SummerSlam |

Hell In A Cell last year had Taker vs Lesnar. I feel they should continue to make that a big PPV. Plus I want Triple H vs The Rock at WrestleMania. |

I agree, but I kind of see a Rock vs. Brock match happening first. Did they ever have a rematch after their SS 2002 match?

I'd be okay with the Rock not showing up for awhile to be honest. I don't want to see Rock v Triple H or Rock v Lesnar at all. |

I just don't want to see the Rock coming back and perhaps squashing another superstar like he did last year. If it's a legit match and it's not the main event...sure, maybe. |

i would be happy with any opponent that can break the current pattern of Brock Lesnar matches. Ever since squashing Cena at SummerSlam with 16 suplexes, Brocks matches have basically just been suplexes. His matches with Undertaker broke the pattern a bit, but i want to see Brock move away from suplexing the entire match and do more actual fighting/wrestling moves |

I still find Brock to be incredibly entertaining to watch. I'm looking forward to his eventual matches with Joe and Nakamura. Those both need to happen at some point, right? |

I wasn't a fan of Brock during his first run either. But since his return hes been spectacular. Losing to Cena got him off to a rocky start, but ending the Undertakers streak began one of the most entertaining and dominant runs of the modern era. The way he wrestles and dominates people makes it all the more exciting when his opponent gets a little bit of offense in. Yeah its getting a little old, but I don't see a reason for people who were enjoying it to all of a sudden not want him around. When Brock is on RAW, the show is automatically better then it would have been without him. If you weren't a fan of his new run in the WWE than owell, this doesn't apply because like weve established, you hate fun. |

I don't see how squash matches are fun though when it comes to old established wrestlers who make a once a year appearance. You're telling me that you enjoyed the Rock at the last WM, squashing the Wyatt Family? If The Rock v Lesnar match isn't just Brock German Suplexing him around for 10 minutes and is an actual match, then woo-hoo. Or if it's Rock V Triple H and it's not the main event of the evening and there is some actual story behind the two, then sure. But if it's just there because WWE said so, eh, whatever. |

Yeah The Rock squashed Erick Rowan at WrestleMania last year. But it was a small part of the show and people enjoy The Rock, wether hes just talking or whatever he may be doing. Yes it was fun. It was a fun part of the show. How would there be no story between The Rock and Triple H? They've been teasing this match for years? I don't get it. Am I missing something here? |

When has Rowan ever been relevant? If you ask him, he would probably say the Rock moment at WM has been his career highlight to date

i understand kevin and sami are great friends and their journey together in wwe must be great for them. and it must be special to them that owens first match as universal champion is against zayn. but wwe is really over killinng this feud. a lot in nxt and now all this year on Raw. i feel like i could go 2 years without wanting to see these 2 wrestle again |

Yeah I wasn't thrilled they faced again. Was a great match nonetheless. RAW didn't match up to last week. 3 divas segments? And they were all bad. Charlotte v Baley was bad. Anything Dana Brooke is bad. Nia Jax and Alicia Fox thing was awful. Sasha Banks has shit delivery on the mic. Could have made her annoucnment that shes coming for Charlotte so much better. New Day, Gallows and Anderson segment was fucking brutal. Enzo and Cass losing? Wonder where there going with that. Y2J v Seth was a great match. I'm not going to lie, I completely forgot about Roman Reigns until he came out at the end. Didn't care. Thought it was a poor ending. No Triple H? What the hell. No U.S Champ Rusev? What the hell. Don't like Braun Strowman. Don't Darren Young. Not a lot of good on RAW tonight. But was good, was really good. |

i believe Rusev is currently on personal leave and is having a second wedding in Bulgaria with Lana, which is why he wasnt on Raw. raw was not very good this week, but it was labor day in usa so i never expected a strong showing.

This was the first Raw I saw live in a long time so I had high hopes, but I completely forgot to equate the holiday into it. I always remembered how lousy all the holiday shows were (except for the Christmas ones usually which were Tribute to the Troops and the specially themed stage ones), but it was a huge letdown especially when there were so many unanswered questions from last week. The biggest one to me was no Triple H; first one extended was how Foley and Steph used 18 years ago as the excuse to get along long enough just to hold off on the authority angle for a week; the second biggest was how Foley teased like 3 matches but none for this week. Third was how Roman randomly gets another shot at #1 contenders just because he ran to the ring to confront the champion, and Rusev, although legit, was just thrown to the side. That has to be the fourth time he's done that; fourth was Sasha. I told my friend that if Zayn/Owens went on before her then she's retiring, but if she went on before then she's returning and I was right. Not cool though when we had Bryan retire under the same terms 7 months ago. Also, I didn't like the Owens' opening promo because it came off as completely scripted. The fans started chanting "you deserve it" then his next line was about how they ended the show chanting it last week...and not acknowledging WHEN THEY JUST DID IT 10 SECONDS AGO. Love his shirt though. What I did love was Jericho and Rollins though. Actually anything involving Jericho, especially his stuff with Owens. Edited by WWEFootos48, Sep 6 2016, 04:09 PM.

i am not a big fan of Roman and i am not interested in him being anywhere near the Universal Title, but he has just as much right to a rematch as Rollins does. it is actually absurd that Rollins is just handed a title match against Owens while Reigns has to first beat Owens to get into the match. Reigns lost because Triple H pedigreed him, just like Rollins. if Foley is the conscience of the authority figure role, then he would just book Owens vs Rollins vs Reigns as a flat out triple threat, without any needing to "earn" there spot in the match |

also, with next monday being the first monday night of football season in the US, i dont expect a particularly strong edition of Raw next week either. actually, we are pretty much in the "zone out" stage where wwe basically coasts until Royal Rumble. they will do just enough to keep interest there, but i dont expect very many truly strong shows for the next 4 months |

Not enough people talk about Chris Jericho on here. He is the absolute best thing in the entire WWE right now. That includes A.J. That includes Owens. After 20 years hes still found a way to evolve his character and make it work. No one has ever done that. Not even Undertaker. Hes coming up with brilliant catchprhases. "Stupid Idiot' Youre gonna get....."IT' and 'The gift of Jericho, drink it in man" are all great and only created in the past year. And its not just how good of a character he is either. Hes still putting on great matches. Sure hes not in shape anymore. But that doesn't matter if hes having great matches like he just had with Rollins. And even Neville last week and Roman the week before were really good matches. Chris Jericho may not be the greatest of all time. But in this new era world with all these great wrestlers, the reality is that Chris Jericho is currently the best in the world. Have him turn on KO and win the belt. I mean why not? No one deserves it more than him. |
