According to Dave Meltzer on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio (via wrestlinginc.com), “everybody wants Adam Cole right now.” Cole’s ROH contract has expired over the weekend, and Meltzer adds that Cole going to WWE is not a lock, but he does believe that is where he will end up. He stated that New Japan Pro Wrestling is interested in signing him as well. Cole faces Hiroshi Tanahashi at ROH’s War of the Worlds PPV on May 12th. Cole’s contract is up, but he may continue to work on a per date deal until he signs with someone.
Cole will likely excel wherever he decides to go.

It's a fabulous new day, yes it is!
PWG has a show titled "Head Like a Cole" coming up this month. That kind of title for a show could indicate he's done with the indy scene and heading for WWE/NXT.

Last Friday at the ROH PPV, the Bullet Club replaced him with Marty Scurll.

Most people expect him to appear at the upcoming TakeOver event.

Former Ring of Honor champion Adam Cole, 28, has signed with WWE for the NXT brand, PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources.

Cole is slated to begin at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida this week.

Over the course of his career thus far, Cole has held the ROH championship three times as well as the promotion's TV title, the CZW Junior Heavyweight championship and the PWG championship, among other championships.

As I have written and said for months, if Cole wasn't with NXT by Takeover: Brooklyn, I would be shocked. It certainly appears he is well on his way to that debut.
