I use a subrevving set that sometimes sweeps teams. So no, annoyance is not all it has going for it. Unfortunately, it still sucks. |

Masquerain will not be getting Pure Power as long as AA is in command. And without Pure Power, none of these offensive moves are going to be worth anything, thanks to those shoddy offensive stats. Masquerain needs a new support niche that we just haven't thought of yet. |

Did AA say he wouldn't go with Pure Power? I mean, I've thought of everything for Rain, and the only traits that work are Compoundeyes, Speed Boost, Pure Power, Forecast, and Serene Grace. Speed Boost is retarded on a poke that can't pass or survive the turn to use it well, Serence Grace is worthless on a poke that will die as soon as hax fails, or worse: it misses, and Forecast is more of a fun trait than a battle tool. Compoundeyes and Pure/Huge Power are all that works. Considering Azumarill gets Huge Power, I can't see why it's not a fit with Rain as well, who could possibly make batter use of the trait than it's other two users. If any poke - and I mean ANY poke - deserves Pure Power, it's Masquerain. That's all I have to say. |

It works on anything, but its picture only changes if it has a picture for that weather condition, which only Castform has. If you want to see how it interacts on something else, use Skill Swap on a Castform. |

Then what's the final verdict on Masquerain? Compoundeyes is particularly popular. Pure Power is still up in the air though... Pressure was a suggestion as well, and what of it's movepool? |

Masquerain would not be good at using Pressure imo because it can't take hits. Compoundeyes might be good.....but I don't know. Pure Power would make me use subrev Masquerain all the time, but I doubt it'll happen. |
