Ditto Normal Doppelganger Limber Base Stats: HP - 50 Attack - 50 Defense - 50 Speed - 50 Special Attack - 50 Special Defense - 50 Mod list: a+Doppelganger, HP: 50, atk: 50, def: 50, satk: 50, sdef: 50, spd: 50; New Trait: Doppelganger - Automatically uses Transform upon switching in. ![]() Moveset 1: Ditto @ Quick Powder/Metal Powder EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) Trait: Doppelganger - Transform There's not really much I can say about this set, the only set Ditto can do except a limber set which serves the purpose of healing as you switch out after a transformed Ditto becomes paralyzed. Metal Powder is so much worse than Quick Powder, but it's there as an option, both boosts are kept on the transformed Ditto, so they should be the items of choice. Switch in on something you're having trouble with (Ditto copies stat ups so it's good for things like Swords Dancers or Nasty Ploters) and earn yourself a new pokemon to use as you please. Other options: Nothing. The only move it learns is Transform so you can't mix it up at all. EVs: EVs are set up to beat other Dittos in Struggle wars, you could add some speed to outspeed other Dittos if you feel the need to, HP EVs are there because that's the only stat it keeps when it's transformed. Opinion: Once the novelty of it wore off in standard, right the way through from RBY, it was useless. With the addition of Doppelganger it can actually be useful as you don't have to waste a turn transforming, this is how ditto should work if you're reading Gamefreak! It's now useable and can actually throw in a few surprise KOs if used well. Counters: Anything which can hit itself super effective, once you're transformed you should be looking for that pokemon's counters. Edited by Undergamed, Jun 11 2008, 04:24 PM.
