Moveset 1: Boringgg

Uxie @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Wish
- U-turn
- Protect/Light Screen/Reflect
- Thunder Wave/Toxic

This set is meant to stall the crap out of your opponent, Wish is obviously there to heal your team whenever needed, U-turn so you take a hit before switching your damaged Pokemon in and healing it (if you used Wish the turn before) or to scout switches in general, Protect so you heal yourself without any risks and for scouting moves, The screens are there for extra defense, But are not recommended, Thunder Wave and Toxic to help your team.

You might want to use another attacking move (Psychic, Thunderbolt or Ice Beam) in the third slot so you don't get walled by anything with Subsitute but it's still not going to help you in my opinion.

Moveset 2: Slightly Boring

Uxie @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/200 Def/56 SAtk
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Wish
- U-turn
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

A more offensive version of the first set, I have been running this set recently and it has proven to be more useful than the first set, You might think Mesprit does this better but it has no healing move besides rest so that's a plus for Uxie.

Moveset 3: Support

Uxie @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Wish
- U-turn
- Yawn
- Stealth Rock

Set up Stealth Rock, Yawn then U-turn and send a counter to whatever they switched in, If they stayed then send your Swords Dance/Nasty Plot sweeper and prepare to sweep, Wish is there for healing or if you put something to sleep (ie can't use Yawn) you can use it with U-turn.
This set is very similar to the first set yet so different, Both sets have U-turn, Wish, a status inducing move and a support move but this focuses more on forcing switches so it does better in spikes shuffling teams.

Moveset 4: Calm Mind Sweeper

Uxie @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 52 HP/224 Spd/234 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Wish
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam/Psychic
- Thunderbolt/Psychic

With 304/296/296 defenses as well as 310 speed, Uxie makes a very fine defensive Calm Mind sweeper, Calm Mind is obviously there to boost your low Special Attack, Wish if you're running low on health and is a must (or any recovery move) on any Calm Mind/Bulk Up pokemon IMO, Psychic is there for STAB while Thunderbolt and Ice Beam are resisted by very few Pokes.

Other Options: Trick Room works well with its defenses, Psych Up lets it counter Bulk Up/Curse Pokes (Like Kangaskhan), Grass Knot deals some serious damage to Hippowdon, Donphan, Tyranitar and the likes and Hidden Power Fire helps it handle one of its best counters (Scizor), Flash makes Uxie even more annoying than it already is, Finally you can pull a Cresselia and run Rest Sleep Talk Charge Beam Ice beam but why would you do that when you have Wish!

EV's: Always max HP on the first and second set, and the remaining in either Defense or Special Defense depending on your team needs, you can split between them if you want (352 HP, 348 Defense and 341 Special Defense stats) but i don't recommend that, For the third set you'll need enough speed to outpace neutral base 105 Pokes, 52 HP EVs so you reach the Leftovers friendly thing (Or less Speed and more HP if you want) and the remaining in Special Attack.

Opinion: Uxie is one of the hardest pokes to take down as well as being one of the best supporters in the current metagame, With those high defenses Uxie can switch safely into almost everything and use either heal with Wish or status them with Thunder Wave, Toxic or Yawn, It can also support the team with the Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, Stealth Rock or the almighty Memento, He is the first Poke to call when facing a Fighter, A very reliable Pokemon that never lets you down.

Counters: Scizor takes pitiful damage from its attacks and doesn't care about being statused that much, So it can safely switch in and deal some serious damage to it with Bug Bite, Any Ghost sweeper (Banette, Gengar, Mismagius and Rotom sort of) can beat it too but they need to watch out for Thunder Wave and, In Gengar's case, Psychic, Seviper, Who is immune to Toxic and Thunder Wave can Nasty Plot and then Beat it with Dark Pulse but needs to watch out for Psychic, Uxie is very hard to counter because it can just U-turn, Your best bet is using a slower Pokemon with Pursuit (Technician Scizor ;))
