Could everyone send a preference list of players to an admin?
Would make this so much faster.

Is anyone opposed to implementing a 16 hour deadline?

Hey I asked for a 12 hour deadline after the first round, so I definitely agree.

We could only implement it once all coaches knew otherwise it would be unfair on HP. Otherwise I'd be all for it

yeah HP gets the 24 hours but once everyone know, i think 16 is the way to go. 12 is just a bit too short for mine.

Not opposed to it but can't just implement it without notice.
Make an announcement stating that as of next round a limit of 18 hours will be applied.
This was proposed earlier but dismissed because the draft was moving so fast. But to be honest, this is probably the fastest moving draft I've been involved in.
I have to say though that we're onto a good thing when everyone's starting to get annoyed because when someone hasn't taken a pick in 8 hours it's completely against the flow

Just a question, do we skip both of HP's picks if he doesn't make it online?

Just a question, do we skip both of HP's picks if he doesn't make it online?
We move on as if the pick has been taken so the draft gets moving again but anyone who misses their pick because of time limits being applied (in this case HP) can take the pick they've missed when they come online.
This way the longer it takes for them to take their pick the bigger the penalty will be.
Does everyone think this is fair?
This is also why I'd like to see a 12 hour time limit as you're not penalised too harshly if you take longer than the limit

That's fair imo and it's the rule that is in place. With 12 hours I think it's too short a period of time to start penalising people but that's just my opinion.
And yes D2T, i'm of the opinion if HP doesn't come on then both his picks are skpped otherwise he gets double the time and isn't penalised as he will take his first pick obviously before his second.
