Just reminding everyone that as of tomorrow (Saturday 6th Dec) we will be changing the time limits for the draft.
•Everyone will now have 4 hours limit to take their picks. •These limits will not apply between the hours of 12am and 8am the following day (Eastern Daylight Saving Time) although if your pick is up then please feel free to take it during those hours. eg. if your pick is up at 11pm you will have 1 hour that night plus 3 hours in the morning (11am) to take your pick but can still take your pick at any time overnight. •If a pick is taken overnight the time limit for the next pick will not start until 8am the next morning. •If you have not taken your pick within the 4hrs the draft will move on to the next pick. You are still able to take your pick anytime after it is up but the longer you leave it the more picks you will miss!
Since the all-in draft has started things have slowed down too much and everyone is getting impatient. Therefore these new time limits will stand and will be enforced.
If your pick is coming up please try to check the site as often as you can but we strongly recommend that EVERYONE submit a preference list to one (or all) of the admin who will take the next pick from your list to save you missing out on your player.
The 4 hour limit will start with whoever has the first pick tomorrow morning. They will have until 12 midday to take their pick as the first officially new time limit.
Good luck with the rest of the draft.

Perth Swans (Sydney Sharks) and JCK (Street Kings) still have a pick each that was skipped. Take them as soon as you're on guys

I would also recommend a strike policy. So that if you miss a pick you get a strike. Three misses = sack. Start some of the knob coaches on 1 strike so they get their asses on.

I'd like to suggest that if any preference list is PMed to a single admin, that admin then forwards it to the other two.

I've already done that for the 2 lists that have been given to me.
Probably a good idea to send them straight to all 3 admin when you prepare them rather than just one

Would be a fine idea if we had replacements, but we don't. So that a ction would only worsen matters.

We'll take a look at how things are going and if a change is really needed then we'll think about possibly looking for a replacement coach.
We urge all coaches to be online as often as possible over the next week. If you think that's not going to be possible then let us know and send us a preference list!!
Once the drafts are finished it won't be as important to check in multiple times per day if you don't want to but until then do us all a favour and help keep the draft moving!
Cheers guys

Top post edited to amend the cut off time at night from 11pm to 12am.
This will give 16 hours per day for picks to b taken. Also, the cuf off time was too early for anyone not in Victoria or NSW.
So please note again that the draft time limits are active between the hours of 8am and 12am Eastern Daylight Saving Time.
Cheers
