Well, this was helpful. Thanks to Desmond. <3<3<3![]() There are a couple of errors, but damn it's good research. Also, my line looks so beautiful with all those placements.... as long as Scott is just sending it to me and not the whole cast. So, I am going to write a real confessional tonight, and tomorrow I will give my cast assessment via video confessional. But prior to all that, I must do some more chatting and trying to charm the pants off these people before they choose me as an easy first boot. ![]() |

OK, so what to discuss tonight. Hmm. Well, I guess the obvious concern here is the big target on my back. ![]() So I was hoping to be Flicka for a million reasons. One being that she feels left out to be the only non-winner. Two because people don't look at the photo and necessarily associate her with Gina/Lill. Three because Lill is the only "winning avatar" in the game. Four because Lill is actually the worst and I think you made me be her again because I complained so much and this is a cruel joke. Damn you Brobst!! Anyway, I am not an idiot. I realize people, especially people that don't really know me, can easily vote me out first. Because all you need is a reason. And what better reason than "she won twice!" If I was anyone else in this game, I'd be saying "Yeah, let's just vote Lill out first." So it's my job to make sure that does not happen. Typically in these games there are two ways you become an early boot. Being inactive-- like the Vytas and Matt's of the Scotland world, the Zoe and Kathy's of Marquesas, the Sandy's of Bangkok (minus her second chance). The other is to play too hard too fast-- like Rupert or John or Bruce. My hope is that the third isn't "being a winner." I am hoping this plays out more like HvV than All-Stars. I think there will be some people who are less active, even in an All-Stars game. I am already seeing it. And maybe those people are just playing off the boards, but still. And I know there are already some people playing really hard that others are already concerned about. So I am hoping those people give me a chance to form some bonds with my tribe. Can I win this game again? Sure. Do I have the worst odds out of anyone? Yep. So the dream is to make jury. But the goal right now is to not be the first boot. And then I can just take it a few days at a time. So there is the Lill strategy for All-Stars. Be my lovely charming self, don't play too hard, and hope this frumpy face seems non-threatening. Oh, and win challenges. No doing a half-assed job in challenge pre-merge. I am not going to play like Gina, but I am also going to make sure I seem like an asset, so I at least have that going for me. And in closing! In your last All-Stars game you ranked the players previous games. Like "So and so played the following people. This was their best game, followed by this one, blah blah." Except your write up was far more eloquent. So here is my guess at the Jessica's past write up: JESSICA V.: Jessica played Lill in Scotland, won as Gina in Marquesas-Redux, and placed third in her first Brobst game as Flicka in Bangkok. Jessica's best all around game was when she played Gina, followed pretty closely by Flicka. Even though she won as Lill, that was probably her worst game of the three. How did I do? That is your order, right?! OK, back to checking PMs... and fb messages... and text messages... jeez this open ID stuff is hard. |
