The bustling capital of Edrshesh, a modern city that's skyline is broken by its high built skyscrapers with directors and CEO's whom are settled in on the highest floors. Top of the range hotels to house those with the money to splash, the mile long strip of expensive shopping outlets. The more quiet and reserved suburbs to home the hard working citizens of the city and then the slums for those less fortunate than others.

What started as a small fishing town was quickly turned into a detention centre ran by the rangers, all who have a hybrid soul are shipped off here or dragged. No hybrid leaves unless its in a body bag or leashed by a ranger.

The biggest city in the south and the closest place to Silverbay which is a several hour drive, most of the extremist live in this area. Any adult hybrid that passes through this area is more likely to get lynched than to be sent to the correctional facility.
